Sos Spider Scimmy or Whip?
From what you have said I would probably use a different weapon from the scimmy. Myself, personally, have found the sara sword to be a very fun weapon to train my strength up with, albeit I absolutely hate the d scimmy. Also with me not being a huge str fan (yes 84 str at 123 combat 116 ftp combat) I am surprised to find myself enjoying my str training. So you could do that (if you have the funds) give a different weapon a try. There is also the combination of Obby Sword + Zerker Necklace for str training of which I hear good things about.

Granite Lobster
The +4 is an invisible bonus which I believe means it doesn't add to your level to fish higher leveled fish. Therefore your answer is, NO you need 76 to fish sharks.

puzzle help.. last line
Just remix up those 6 and start from scratch with them. Thats the best advice I can give. If I didn't have work in a half hour I would continue to try and help you. Lol you should have seen me in paint cutting and pasting those 6 slots trying to get it to work while recording the moves on a notepad :wall:

puzzle help.. last line
Edit: I cant do it lol its easier said than done. I can't picture them moving enough to solutionize it, if I had it in front of me i could do the rest in like 30 seconds.. I love those little box things. All I can say is only use the last 6 boxes and don't touch anything other than those. Its really simple I know that. Just mess around with moving the tree trunk around a bit.

A Question about Stacking bonuses??
I am trying to put a new twist on an old way of training and I was curious as to the "rules" on stacking bonuses. Now when I say rules I merely mean what bonuses stack together with one another and which ones do not. Please list anything you know about bonus stacking or any kind of rules (i.e. invisible bonuses do not stack with other invisible bonuses etc etc)*I just made that up about the invisible bonuses but if it is true then let me know, it was purely for exemplary purposes only. Things I am curious about: Void melee + pots + piety?? Slayer mask + pots + piety?? Void melee + salve ammy (e) + piety + pots?? Slayer Mask + salve ammy (e) + piety + pots?? salve ammy (e) + piety + pots?? etc etc etc the list goes on and on. Just let me in on any knowledge you have of bonuses stacking together. I will return in 1 hour. Thanks for your time.

Rune Defender or Dragon Square?
I would go with a Rune Defender about 99% of the time. There are no situations where I can see myself using a D[] and not being able to use a defender. What he said about Fire Giants, I still use my defender there and use guthans to heal. They don't hit that often, I find, and are not that hard to heal on using guthans. If you don't have access to guthans well thats why I gave the defender 99% of the time there is always that 1% just in case certain situations arise.

What do i alch?
There are many many sellers in the Fletching guild buying Yew longs from the GE is like trying to sell an Ahrims staff.. very difficult and time consuming. I forget what world is the Unofficial Fletching Guild but I am thinking 129 for some reason try Yanille in world 129. See if that is correct. If you have already tried this then I hear Emmy or Ruby Bracelets are a good thing to alch at minimal loss.

Just quick question, Woodcutting releated
I don't care about video proof. My life isn't affected should you have 98 woodcutting or not.. what is bothering me is the fact that you are asking for the fastest way but then putting it off by planning on going your way anyways?? And if you think there is a lot of clicking with willows then you will be severely discouraged to hear that the fastest method for WC exp is Teaks. However, with the teak method you will be dropping every teak, yes all 28 of them, every time you get a full inventory. Which turns out to be 500 times more clicking than willows. (Could be more than 500 could be less it was more of an exaggeration) Fastest = Teaks + Dragon WC axe... (have to drop every invent) 2nd Fastest = Willows + Dragon WC axe There are you two options take it of leave it really. You will either do one of these or spend an extra 25+ hours wc'ing Yews.

How long will 99 Range take? (Yak way, not chins)
I believe the max exp/hour at Yaks was like 50k (maybe 60k maybe 40k) It was using range pots + void and at 90+ ish range, if I am not mistaken. So you figure you can get roughly 45k exp/hour without range pots 52k(ish) per hour with them. Void taken into account as well (meaning you are wearing full void range) These again are very rough estimates. In fact mere guesses. With that in mind you need 12,188,875 experience for 99 range(about 12.2m exp) That turns out to be 60,945 Yaks in total for 99 range. At 45k exp/hour (keep in mind this should slightly increase at higher levels) it would take you 270.8 hours (271 if you round up) which is 224.88 Yaks per hour (not really necessary to know but I was bored) At 52k exp/hour (again slightly increasing with the increase of your range level) it would take you 234.4 hours which is 260.44 Yaks per hour (again boredom) So with range pots you should be looking to cut off about 36 total hours of ranging which can be spent doing other activities. 36 hours is a relatively long time in this game which can be spent in good use. **Again the best way to get these numbers for yourself is to keep track of your range exp/hour and the implement your numbers with my guessed numbers.

Firemaking
Roughly 68 hours you should be able to burn 1k an hour if not more with a bit more concentration. Your best bet is to do maples they are the best "Bang for your buck" so to speak. They are only 41 gp each (as of yesterday) and they cut the time for 99 fm by 30-40 hours (I know you are going for 92.

Just quick question, Woodcutting releated
You ask for the fastest way but don't do quests (teaks are out of the question) So instead you are given the second fastest way and you shoot it down because its.. boring? I don't know if you noticed but cutting any tree is the same as cutting the others. Just because you have to move a bit more with willows because your invent fill up faster I don't see how that's more boring than cutting a load of yews in 6 minutes. In short, NO yews are not faster, if you were just going to do yews in the first place what was the point of this thread and question? Willows are the fastest if you do not have access to teaks, period end of story. Also, switching to a D axe will speed up the process. Not to sound rude of course.

SARA God Wars Setup
I don't believe that summons follow you down the agility obstacles. I may be mistaken but I believe I heard someone say that.

Another Sara GWD Question
I heard that after the update she is actually easier to kill so I don't know if that means she chases one person like the others and they just run while the other members of the team kill or she still dances in the middle of the people. Wish I could be of more assistance but just passing on what I have heard.

Animal Masks
Just to confirm my understanding are animal masks gotten from treasure trails?? I figured I would ask here instead of forming a whole new topic for a simple question.

How to get in the wilderness axe hut?
You need a lockpick. Simple as that. Be warned if you were thinking of training there, Rev's can enter the door and will attack you once inside.

going for 99 fm
Fast and non-costly do not exist for the most part in this game. Please note: I did not take into consideration with the following calculations any added exp bonus' with the new quest You are either looking at: -143k willow logs (extremely long) for dirt cheap. Roughly 143 hours of solid burning. -95k maples (a bit more expensive but less time consuming) probably the best bang for your buck. Roughly 95 hours of solid burning. -63k Yews (It's 63k logs from 60-99 ) Very expensive only worth it if you can make alot of gp/hour. Roughly 63 hours of solid burning. -38k Magics (It's 38k logs from 75-99) Most expensive probably not worth it unless you really want 99 fm fast no matter the cost. Roughly 38 hours of solid burning. Cost wise for each method you are looking at: -143k willow logs @ 18 gp each = 2,574,000 total gp (2.574m) -95k Maple logs @ 41 gp each = 3,895,000 total gp (3.895m) [To get to level 60 for yews] *1.9k willow logs @ 18 gp each = 34,200 total gp (34.2k) *1.3k maple logs @ 41 gp each = 53,300 total gp (53.3k) -63k Yew Logs @ 416 gp each = 26,208,000 total gp (26.2m) + (34.2k) or (53.2k) [whichever you used to get to 60] [To get to level 75 for magics] *12.3k Willow logs @ 18 gp each = 221,400 total gp (221.4k) *8.2k Maple logs @ 41 gp each = 336,200 total gp (336.2k) *4.6k Yew logs @ 416 gp each = 1,913,600 total gp (1.9m) + (34.2k) or (53.3k) to get go 60 -38k Magic logs @ 1,260 gp each = 47,880,000 total gp (47.8m) + (221.4k) or (336.2k) or (1.9m) [whichever you used to get to 75] ------------------------- Thats pretty much all you're looking at. I am positive my numbers are correct and concurrent with GE prices of today (August 26th, 2008) if not let me know. I realize I didn't have to type it all out but I had some time to burn (no pun intended) so I just went for it. In short, maples will probably be the best of what you are looking for, myself personally I would probably do a bit of magics and finish off with yews just because I have some spare money and I would not want to spend 90+ hours or even 60+ hours burning logs. The cape is sweet looking though, so good luck.

71-80 Range (Void Range worth it?)
Honestly it depends on if you plan on ranging past 80. If you are just going to get 80 range and stop there then its probably not worth it. Althouht with it at Yaks you would average 5-12k more exp per hour (a rough estimate) Personally I am 93 range and use my void range armor everywhere I got except GWD bosses (though I hear its decent at Sara) So in short if u plan on ranging more than this short lived training at Yaks then its probably worth it. If not and Yaks to 80 is all you are looking for then don't get void.

Bgs Fall :)
First off Netgear you need to edit your posts when you are posting that you will check something and give and answer later your first is considered spamming which is frowned upon in these forums (or any forum for that matter) next time just edit your post. As for the question about the BGS. I heard they were currently rising in price and that was just yesterday night. Prior to checkin the price today when was the last time you checked it? If it was awhile ago I would say buy it now because it seems the price is on the rise. Last night the guy I was talking to said it was 26.5m and rising (26.5m I think not 100% positive what he said)

Discontinued item investment help.
Just so you know before you start thinkin of buying a santa and reselling it around christmas you should know that this past christmas that was the thought process everyone had and santa prices dropped instead of [bleep]ing.. Soo for future reference it could happen again since everyone thinks they will [bleep]e and will buy them prior to christmas. It might be a better idea to buy it now for min price and resell it in november when everyone starts trying to buy them with the thought that they will [bleep]e around christmas. Other than that I believe red masks rise and fall more often than the other colors and edible rares are the easiest to buy at min and resell at either medium or max price.

Broad bolts??.. Crafting and Mage??.. A few questions.
Whats the deal with broad bolts? Can someone just give me a slight overview on them? They seem to be the new bone bow/bolts fad for ranging. Would they be a good use at Aviansies?? ------- Another thing: Is there a way to raise crafting in a fashion that would produce a slight loss (100gp per item crafted) What are the numbers on green d hides and the loss margin there? Is there anything to alch with a break even possibility even if I buy natures?? (not worried about profit)

How much xp per hour at Monkey Guards?
With 96 str and 99 att + full Dh and piety with pots I believe the max exp/hour was in the range of 75k. That being said you are probably looking at 40-50k exp an hour. (This is just a guess)

Fishing or WC
Mining pure essence is better money than both fishing and woodcutting so you could go that route even though you asked out of fishing and woodcutting. Out of the two fishing lobbies is probably better money than cutting yews or maples. So its really up to you.
