  1. Im not a slayer fan either but you have done 4 tasks and you gave up... its good to accumulate charms, OVER TIME. Also, the money you make for drops can also help PAY for the other things needed for your 52 summoning. The only downside is it take a bit more time. ---- If you want faster charms you are going to have to spend some money. Either Waterfiends or Rock Lobbies. One or the other both cost a some money (rock lobbies are estimated to cost 1m per hour, but are the best droppers in-game) If can't afford it then you will need to find a cheaper alternative. ----- For a cheaper alternatives I guess you can use Fire Giants or Dust Devils. You would of accumulated more variety of charms with slayer than camping these two monsters. Fires will give you a load of golds and Dusties will give you more crimson than others. ----- My suggestion... yea you guessed it. So I won't say it.
  2. The reason your feeling like your acct is a failure is probably because in that 2 year span you could of netted alot more money if you would of just used one account. Side accounts drain time from your main account, this game is all about time. If you had 77 runecrafting on your main you would have a surefire way to make money. Train skills, become a pack-rat (collect and keep everything you get) know when to get your own supplies and when to spend your money to make more money. Things like this will help your cash-pile add up quite nicely.
  3. PC is very fast if you use a 100+ clan. Heart Unit is 110+ f2p. You can get about 112 pts per hour (MAX).
  4. You use the extra sup restores as prayer pots. They are more expensive but its much easier to do it that way than try to find a balance of all 3 pots. Like the poster before me said, 3 brew doses and you will need a sup rest. (if you take 4 doses then use sup rest your stats will still be lower than norm) Always go in the order of brew, rest, then range pot. (I messed this up when I first went for my cape) Try to hold off on healing until you will need 2 or 3 brew doses to heal. This minimizes the "waste" of super restore doses. However never hesitate to take a super restore dose if your prayer gets low. (if you do see your prayer getting low, before you take a sup rest dose, check if you can use a brew dose just to keep your health maxed) Thats pretty much all I tried to do with Brews and restores on my fire cape try.
  5. Not sure on the flax per hour. The best place to pick it though is Lleyta. (Elf city)
  6. I do yews even at 94. I haven't really timed it but I think I can do 3 yew logs per mage log which in turn balances out to the same thing if not a bit more.
  7. if this is for some sort of pure that you will be using in BH... I would suggest str. As much as I hate str, many more str pures have had success than attack pures. At least from most of the "famous" pkers. 99 str and 90 att would do you good.
  8. Full Dh is like what 2.35m? I personally like to do blue dragons.. but that is because I have never been a fan of wildy + green drags. If you have 70 agil + 90 range (I don't believe you do) then I would say blue dragons. Personally though out of the 2 options I would probably stick with mining the p ess.
  9. Haha I live in the US and I haven't been to any of those places.. Hope you enjoyed your trip. You can see America isn't as bad as most on the internet make it out to be :P
  10. Everywhere I try to tele to or run to it takes forever to load.. Just got a new Gateway comp in February and now look... still cant get RS to run fast because of this update. Lame.
  11. Oh okay GREAT. Thanks for the info. I think I will start using the Canifis master and then do Duradel for 10th every time. Thanks guys.
  12. Does this mean Burthing a task every 10th one so I can restart the counter?
  13. Well I am not entirely concerned about Super fast slayer points although I did just burn 100 on deleting a task that I didn't intentionally mean to. Well I heard from a guy at Bloodvelds that a fast way for slayer points is to use Canifis Master for your first 9 tasks then use Duradel for you 10th task. Now is that the fastest way for points? I would like to earn back the 100 I lost in a rather short period of time. Thanks in advance for the advice.
  14. Another way to obtain junk would be metal dragons. Mainly Irons. I have accumulated so much Rune Jave, Rune Darts and Rune Dart (P) that I can pretty much junk trade for just about anything. Thats another way if you prefer killing things over making junk.
  15. I believe I heard in the range of 200-250m for 99 with bursting rock lobbies. (Sxq Power I believe mentioned that amount in his 'Rate this' thread.) I am unsure of what level he started at though.
  16. Dont we all. ***EDIT*** Oh wait I apologize. I thought this was the thread for 99 not 70-88. Apologies. 200-250m was for 99 not 88.
  17. http://www.truthscape.com/html/ts_Truth ... agicRa.htm I always use Truthscape guides and they haven't let me down.
  18. I would rather do willows till 95 then Yews till 99. But since that isn't the choice I would say go with the Yews anyway.
  19. As long as you are not doing Sara or Arma then you have good stats to do GWD. Your range is to low for those 2 bosses (85+ is pretty much the standard) Also 70 prayer would help more than hurt.
  20. If you are 90+ range you will find yourself using Void 98% of the time. At least I do. The only thing I do not use Void for is boss hunting. I do, however, use it at Metals.
  21. Just read one of the various metal dragon guides and go at it. When I hear of people Burthing metals I get confused. Tasks are in small amounts they have the best possible drop you can achieve from slayer (Vissage) and they have a good pay-off. [Oo sorry second best drop possible. Mith dragons would be #1 in that category with the possibility to drop a DFH]
  22. Id say do attack first, then str and finally defence. Thats pretty much always the best string to train your stats in unless one is extremely lower than the rest.
  23. A DFS is definatly a better buy. It is usable in so many more situyations as well s ranging various creatures and maging metals.
  24. You can net about 150-170k(+) an hour mining p ess as well. Its not the best but its worth a try if you can't get anything better. Fishing monks is the best moneymaker for that stat. For woodcutting its Yew's. I would say try em all and see what you can get into the best. Remember fishing and woodcutting are "skill-n-chill" stats so thats money that you can make while paying minimum attention.
  25. At 92 range, I use void range + mith (e) bolts and kill them faster than I would with mage. At 88 range I would say you are close enough to the toss-up level. Where its really your preference of what you'd like to wear. If you want faster tasks though, melee is the way to go.
