In this topic you can post links to topics that you believe may be dangerous, for them to be checked. If the file is a AVI/WMV/MPG etc, they are most likely not infected with anything, so don't just report every topic in the Graveyard for example.

Hello and welcome to this forum! This forum is where tools will be posted to attempt to clean a system infected with a keylogger. Every time a keylogger is posted on Tip.It Forums, I will attempt to post tools here to remove that specific keylogger, along with instructions on how to use them, so anyone who downloaded the file, and is worried about infection can remove the keylogger. You will also noticed a stickied topic called "Check a topic", where you can post links to topics that you suspect may contain keyloggers, please read the main post within that sticky for some rules. I will also accept submissions of keyloggers via e-mail if you're worried about something that wasn't obtained on Tip.It, I will check it out. However there are a few rules on this : 1) I will NOT check out any e-mail received unless there is an accompanying Private Message from your TIF Username on this forum, stating your E-Mail and the name of the file you sent me. This is to help prevent people trying to spread viruses and for other reasons. 2) All messages that are not accompanied by a PM within 24 hours of sending, will be deleted from the inbox. That is all, and now the key of how things will look on the forum. New topics will be created for every (suspect) keylogger found. The topics will be named like this : [LOCATION] filename So, if I've checked a ZIP file on the forum called "dogs", then it will be named like this. : [FORUM] dogs.zip Inside the topic, will be results of whether or not it is a keylogger, and if is, instructions on how to remove it. The other keys are as follows : [iRC] filename [sUBMIT] filename IRC is for files posted on the IRC server that Tip.It runs, and SUBMIT is for submissions of files received via E-Mail. Users in this forum are allowed to reply to topics, but not create new ones, when you are viewing a topic, do not download anything stating it's a tool or similar unless posted by myself, as this could be another attempt to infect your computer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER : The tools that will be posted on this forum will modify the registry and in most cases also delete folders/files to clean the system. You did burn the image using a tool for image burning didn't you? You didn't just burn the actual ISO file to a disc? :P Make sure to use a program like Nero to "Burn Image" to disc. If you can choose the "Boot from CD" option in your BIOS (I think you have it), then you got that part right, you need to just fix the disc.

It might be possible to install a web design package like Dreamweaver and copy and paste the tabls across directly to get the raw HTML. If you use "Save as HTML" in Excel, you'll simply get a web page with a Microsoft Excel ActiveX spreadsheet on it so you don't want that. Did you read my post? Also, the sticky you just mentioned... may already be in the works as I thought of it a while ago. ;) There's no "follow these steps to delete the keylogger" for them though, every keylogger does different things and they're always named differently. As I said, please pass the download on to me.

Also try the unsigned version of the applet.

Aaron, throwing my advice around all over. :P If you happen to know exactly what file you downloaded (if it was on tipit let me know the topic name), or if you can link me to the infected download, I can tell you exactly where the "Invisible" files are located and how to remove them. Please let me know via PM.

not that i dont trust you, but how has this been discovered? is there any documents from Jagex or has somebody actually reached the cap and taken screenshots of it? People have reached the cap and screened it. Also, I believe the max is 2,147,483,648gp.

aaron1120 asked me to check the link which I've now done. I'm basically 100% sure that it's NOT a keylogger (it would be rare to find a link on Download.com that was). Also, I personally didn't get any popups etc. after installation of the program. I'd check your PC with a regular spyware scanner such as Spybot Search & Destroy or similar.

I don't see why that would be the case when the spell is simply printing stored numbers. Storing a value is one thing and is limited, simply calling it and printing the value on screen is another... why would they limit that to 250?

This is correct, and the Ring does NOT affect getting ANY barrows items in the chest, that's a fact. although i use eather zerker or mage's ring at barrows Mod Mark told me personally that the RoW effects barrows chesting, you take this up with him, because im sick of incompitant J-Mods bsing people about the facts. Mod Hulme told me that it doesn't. Gah.
