15 over in a 25 zone is a lot, reckless even. I'd say take the class, sounds like you need some learnin. Speed limits aren't there to give cops something to do, especially in a residential area where kids can seemingly pop out of nowhere (like cops...).

There's a Bosnian kid in a couple of my classes, came here during the Serb/NATO conflicts^. He's white, roman catholic, and speaks Bosnian and German. If that means anything at all.

A lot of people here are the exact same way about English and Spanish. A lot of people get pissy when they hear people talking Spanish at Wal Mart or go down I-19, which is marked in kilometers.

No offense to anybody but... That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard on this forum to date... The Republic of Korea(South Korea) and the Democratic Peoples of Josun(North Korea) share the same goddamned language, the same goddamned culture and the same goddamned blood... I should know.
