I feel that I've completed the game 100%. Since I don't feel the need to play it anymore, and haven't for awhile. But that's just me. I think that it's different for everyone. :)

Answering to the rant part of your post: The reason defenders can take so long to get, is because pretty powerful, adding (I think) a few extra to your max hit, although it may just be one for rune, I'm not sure I haven't played in awhile. But yeah, and the fact that they cost virtually nothing adds to it as well. Answering to the non-rant: Congrats on 17 defenders. 8-) Edit: And now that I looked at the posts above me I'm slapping myself in the head for not realizing this was an old post.

Obviously the 83 in question was speaking out of jealousy since he didn't have a skillcape. I think that all achievement capes deserve respect no matter if you think the skill is 'easy' or not. The quest cape, in my opinion, should be one of the most respected because you always have something more to do to hold onto it whenever a new quest comes out.

Why would we think you were lying? But yes, slayer is definitely a good option. But if you have the requirements(I'm not sure as I don't know you're strength level) you can try cyclopses at the warriors guild. Those are pretty fast experience.

Even if they didn't drop blood runes, you should never skip a Bloodveld task :) They're one of the best slayer monsters imo.

I have 2 defense on my pure, I wasn't exactly thrilled with it but it doesn't make a difference. Just go on with what you planned to do.

Are prices different at the mage guild? I hadn't checked but I assumed it would be the same throughout. I also assumed prices would be the same throughout. If the nats are 376gp in the magic guild as well then I doubt people will want to buy them for that price as opposed to 300-310 from players.

This is good for the people who can't get all their own supplies for yew longs. 70 fletch, wc, 44 rc, takes awhile to get. Not everyone who has 55+ mage wants to spend time getting the requirements to get all their own supplies and then get all their own supplies to finally start alching.

You should blow through Elvarg. Just don't get cocky and make sure you're watching your hp.

Do you use a blast spell with your binds? If you use a bind spell after you successfully bind your opponent the bind "breaks" from the force of the blast spell.

Rune c'bow would be better for training because using rune arrows for training is a huge waste of money. Addy bolts to my knowledge are cheaper than rune arrows, hit slightly slower, but a lot higher.
