I don't have a map handy atm, but it's possible to trap Damis behind one of the giant rats and mage him without taking any damage. I did this myself and I helped one of my friends to do it so I'm pretty sure it still works. I suggest using your best earth spell. For Dessous use protect from melee and just use the best air spell available to you. I'd bring as many monks as you can fit with your runes. Fareed is easy enough, you can either just melee protect against him or snare/entangle him and then use you're best water spell. Kamil was the one I had the most difficulty with, I suggest taking probably 3-5 super restores, sharks, and about 100 fire blasts. I used regular restores against him, about 6 of them, and I managed to kill him without having to tele out and restock. Hope I helped.

I agree with that completely. I actually get really mad at some of my friends in game because they'll blatantly ask me to help them come flame some guy. I'm like wouldn't the better thing to do is just stop? And if the other guy won't stop then add him to ignore and get on with your life and accept him as someone who doesn't want a better Runescape community.

Farming is most definitely one of the easiest. You plant and walk away. I think herblore is pretty hard unless you have a decent farming level or a lot of money.

I have a level 3 friend skiller who beat Shilo Village with help from his other friends. It's possible.

When I'm training something and I hear three or four people within two minutes say "X Level?". A lot of the time depending on what I'm doing I'll answer with a level that isn't possible because it's too low.(ex saying 30 while woodcutting yews). Also people who after I don't answer them because they ask a stupid question or something immediately come to the conclusion that I'm autoing when in reality I just don't feel like sacrificing my brain cells to hold a conversation with them. People who "talk lik dis" as many others have said. And one of the biggest things that bothers me is when people keep the caps lock on so every word is capitalized.
