  1. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=3225 We're an RS fansite, it's not that hard to look it up yourself.
  2. Thanks a lot for your input, I will put a lot of it in the guide soon. However, I won't include the dharocks method, nor will I include other methods. The problem is there are tons of methods for this minigame i.e. ranged method, guthans , salamander/ancient combo, entangle + normal magic, etc. etc. If we'd mention all viable methods, it'd make the guide way too big. I will add a note about possible other methods though.
  3. Underpriced? Paying 33M for something which is only useful for its special attack is ridiculous in my eyes.
  4. Again, thanks a huge lot. I've updated the guide and changes will appear in a few days.
  5. Thanks for your correction. I've changed the guide and credited you. Changes may take a few days to appear though.
  6. Thanks for your contribution, however, we've already noticed this change. In fact, apparently we've already updated it, but forgot to start the releasing process. #-o Changes will appear in a few days.
  7. We're volunteers too! Does this leave us unprofessional? :(
  8. Less then 10% of our users use the forums, so this will definitely reach more people.
  9. It gave you a free ticket to Cambridge though. =P
  10. I think everyone has retired but Silverion? - Is he the sole website owner then, who pays all the bills? Forgive my lack of knowlege on the subject, or my noseyness as it were  If it's alot of money, maybe a news article could be put out for a donations. After all, a recent questionnaire discovered not many people knew about donating to tipit. If tipit doesn't want a 'donation drive' as it were; perhaps the donations button could be in a more visable area. Or has the change of forum software only come about because of sufficient funds gaining from donations/ads over the last few years? I'm personally interested in how Tip.it works too. Anyone have answers? Basically, the "highest" person is Silverion. He owns the site and the forum. Right beneath him, you have the tech admins, who *drumroll* fix all technical issues. These are the people who fix the forums if they are down again. The tech admins are very invisible, if you look at the list of admins and think "who the heck is that?", it's probably a tech admin. Under them you have the other admins, who deal with all the other important issues regarding the forum and the website. Most of them are specialized in an area like crew, clans, etc. Admins play a role in every major decision regarding the forums and the website, even though ithey're usually invisible for the normal users. Admins also have special powers no one else has, like making a new (sub)forum. Under the admins there are 2 groups. Crew and Moderators. I don't know much about how mods are organized, but it's a normal hierarchic system in which roles and responsibilities increase the "higher" mod one becomes. I can't say too much about how crew works either because it could make us vulnerable to hackers and such. However, I think I can tell crew has some sort of hierarchy system too. Some people have more responsibilities and options then others. We also have different groups who each specialize on a particular area (guides, quest, databases, calculators, etc.). 2 final notes: [*:3k0dgh3u]Sorry for hijacking the thread, I know this is extremely off topic. [*:3k0dgh3u]If this post is somehow inappropriate, just delete it. However, please pm me about it too.
  11. I don't get what's wrong. And as pointed out, almost all the items images have changed. *sadly looks at our items database* :(
  12. I don't know what is wrong with your method, but the results are wrong. :( A saradomin sword gives more xp/h then a GS, but your conclusion says otherwise. Here is proof: [yt]C1JMM3_4dQA[/yt]
  13. Thanks a lot for the pictures. I'm putting in most of them now and crediting you. However, I don't really like the D axe one, I can hardly see what's going on. So it'd be much appreciated if you could retake that one. EDIT: Done! :D
  14. Most topics have one page of good replies and then 5+ pages of posts who are almost the same as the ones on the first page... Because of this, it's been a long time since I read every post on a thread besides update topics and the pictures thread.
  15. After you used, it's unsellable. So yes, you've wasted your money. :(
  16. Owh thanks a lot! That guide didn't have that section last time I looked at it.
  17. Well, I wanted to try fletching bolts with mousekeys, however, the keys are very annoyingly placed. So I wondered if anyone knew a way to change these functions.
  18. I'll tell you even though I don't have any unspam to go with it. :D http://abstract.cs.washington.edu/~tlin/drops/drops.pl Thanks a lot!
  19. A few months/weeks ago people were posting drop logs with nice pictures, for which they used a handy program. Anyone knows what I'm talking about and where I can find this program?
  20. That's why I hope the big names like Excl are left out, but his video was just too good for that. :(
  21. This gives a good impression of the bug: [yt]tMVwTMUiU6s[/yt]
  22. And again, Jagex did a very good job on the chat options. =D>
  23. Can't you just make one of those in your house?
