I believe that's one of the things Jagex is fixing, so you could probably stick to that, or you could try to solo some bosses.

It's not the same. I don't have any statistics, but I think it's about 3 times slower, if not more! If you want quick xp, it's best to power mine granite in the dessert with, drop and mine method. Get a full inventory besides 2 spaces. Mine one rock, mine another one while having your cursor above the drop option, at the moment you mined your second rock, drop your first, etc.

I really like CW (~850 tickets) but I have a problem: All the good players all team up into one team, which usually makes one team overpowered. I didn't mind this for quite a long time, but I'm fed up with it now. There is no challenge any more, no adrenaline while hunting for the flag, no exciting games which are decided at the last minutes (they're mostly decided within the first 5 minutes). So my question is: how can I get those exciting games? Please don't suggest to play with friends, I don't have any pro cw friends.

That's simply not true. Before the updates a lot of (noob) clans hung around at that spot, they easily 1-hitted you too. Maybe they're less rare now, but hey, the wilderness is actually dangerous now. *Gasp* *goes RSOF ranting*

When I tried 4, I actually got to 8. Edit: Nevermind, that's the whole intent.

Do you realize supporting them 100% means: you agree with everything they do without questioning, you think all these updates are the best possible solutions, you won't have any critical comment ever toward Jagex, you look like the opposite of a whiner "don't think, support Jagex". If you really agree that much you must either not be hit by this update and are quite a selfish person, or very ignorant. He's selfish and ignorant for having an opinion? I've been thinking about these updates they made today. At first I hated them, but I've realized that Jagex is right with their updates. They don't affect how I play the game, and I've had fun with it so far. I'm with Jagex on this one. You both don't care about the huge amount of people hit by this update, or maybe you just don't realize how many people are hit. Of course I realize they had to do something drastic. But there are so many alternatives and tweaks which could have been made so it wouldn't cause so many problems. IE, wrong prices at GE, the way too strict limit of 3K, a system for lending items, etc. They are working on a system for lending items, a single-way PK zone, and tweaking the trade update. That wasn't released when I posted this. I assumed Jagex would handle feedback as usual, so I didn't think a lot would change. I'm very glad with those updates though, those were the biggest issues for me.

Do you all really think this is the end of RWT? I doubt it. Just google a bit for "respected" gold selling site. A lot of them state they already got a new way of getting gold to your account. Some of them are just the obvious macroing on the buyer's account itself, but some claim they have already found new ways to transfer money to your account if you just give them your username and pass (an example can be found here). Yes, some of them might be scams, but the RWT heavily relays on returning customers -or however you say that in English. I highly doubt we've seen the last of RWT.

slayer, for one. and heck, it might get me to pk on my main in members... that NEVER happens :shock: Don't count on it, you either need a big clan to survive in the bounty arena (in the highest level) or 85 mage and 4 lucky dds specs. Also, pures aren't death at all. The new "pures" are tanks, just look at the bounty high score.

Glad to see you're stronger then a few horrible updates (that's an understatement). Good Luck with your goal, but in my eyes maybe you should stop RC for a little while and see what natures will do, it's such a waste of time to only make ~150 ea on every nat.

I have exactly the same problem. I think because of the huge amount of ranters, the server goes down frequently.

I've never been to Bandos before, so I can't commend on the content of the guide. But it is very detailed and well explained, it's totally clear to me. Great work! There is one little typo though.

My first thought about this update when I logged in today was: "we need a graph of people online on Rs". Well, this was exactly what we needed. Could you give me a link to this? I want to see what happens in 2-3 weeks before we jump into conclusion though. Maybe it's a temporary dip, I heard a lot of people saying: "I don't feel like playing right now". Maybe the numbers will go up after the first disappointment has gone. Just wondering one more thing; is there such a graph for members only servers? After all, they're more significant IMO.

I know Jay TC (or whatever his name is) got at least 3 times every item, but not at the same time, he keeps losing them. And once you're a pro ba-er we both know points aren't that hard to get (I'm Who_Plays), so I don't think so :wink:.

A bit off topic: In the article they're talking about the alfa-bots (I don't know how to make Greece letters). Do Beta and Gamma bots exist too? If so, what are those?

WooT, do you like CW now? Maybe we should play together sometimes, together with BA, CW is one of the things I like to do best in this game. And CW is a whole lot more fun and better to play if you're not alone.
