In this case (1B xp vs. untrimmed slayer), it isn't about how many people have achieved it. You have to create a whole new account to get 99 slayer, which is quite a hard thing to do for most people. While for 1B xp, you can just train the account you already have. So 1B xp is psychologically an "easier" goal to aim for. But 1B xp also takes a lot more time. Zezima has been working years to get 1B xp, you can't beat that with a goal completed in 4-5 months, no matter how much you no-life. So in my eyes, the 1B xp is "harder" (well, technically, a trained monkey could do it, but you get the point ;)).

Huge congratulations on 99 hitpoints! Now, get your prayer and mage up and you'll be the ultimate CWer! BTW; how come you have 19 att in the picture you get your boots?

Thanks Danq, I'll look around at that forum, it seems promising. But about those worlds, those bore me. Maybe I haven't tried them long enough, but in my experience almost all high levels join one team and that team wins pretty easily. That's exactly what I want to avoid. EDIT: That clan looks fun; could I try to get in? Shall I pm you (danq) about it? I already added you. Another Edit: I had some more tips you could add to the guide: If there are more people competing to get the flag (especially from the other flag), show how you can grab the flag the quickest. Show some more places where you could put cades when you run away, especially if you just restocked from at their base. You can also mention the encading tactic when they just ran out of your base. There is probably more which I can't think of right now.

I'd suggest to drop the sara chaps and use karils and get a zammy cape + rune defender instead of obby cape and zammy book. The reason I suggest to drop the chaps is because it's best to kill imps for kc inside the zammy area. just immediately run in there, and you won't need many protection.

The profit isn't that big any more, so it's best to see what the price does first. I've sold mine for about 130K on the GE yesterday.

Yes, I like small games too, but those become too easy and boring sometimes. So I want to join a clan, just to try something new.

In my quest for having fun, challenging and fair cw games, I decided to join a cw clan. But which one? I definitely want to try Castle Wars Legends (CWL), but I couldn't find their homepage or what so ever. Could anyone post a link to them, please? Any suggestions for a different clan are also appreciated, but keep in mind my goal is to have as much fun as possible, not to win every game easily. Further info: 104 cb, 86 mage, ~850 tickets.

All the gnome clothes have their colour in the examination now. I'm sure this wasn't before, because as a colour blind I could never find the right colour.

A few days after the update, I visited some RWT services and quite a lot still offer to sell gold. Usually, they offer to grind/macroe it for you, but sometimes they seriously claim to have found a way around it (an example can be found here). I really doubt Jagex can kill it all without removing any kind of player interaction.

Very interesting, just look at the graph now over the last 30 or 90 days. All the peak hours (both weekend and rest of the week) are almost as high as usual. However, on low hours a lot less people are playing. So my guess is the people who played (way) too much have quit, but most of the players don't really care that much.

It's worst there, I've never seen so many high levels (some quite "pro's") trying to get into the best team so fast.

You'll only need to mine 660 coals, probably not longer then half a day.

I'd suggest to get at least 60 prayer before trying (the higher the better of course). Personally, I used the range only method and it was very convinient. Get a rune c bow with mith+ bolts, verac helm (or neitiznot), karils top (or black d hide), verac skirt (no very good alternatives for this, but it's only ~600K), DFS (or cheaper, a granite shield or dragon square), barrows gloves (or black vambs), accumulator, fury (or glory/thingy which gives +10 prayer -forgot the name-), ranger boots (or snakeskin/white boots) and an archer ring (or recoil). In your inventory, get 2 range pots, 6 or 7 sara brews and for the rest super restores. However, don't assume you'll get it the first time. Most people need 3 tries or more, I suggest to get supplies for at least 4 tries.

I'd suggest 75+, I've never tried it at that level though, only at ~79+ and my (quite big) experience about mining all kinds of ores.
