I'm beginning to see how you've become a mod, kissing Jagex feet. Don't you see this kills all staking? I'll tell you something, stakers are also players. Even worse, they're also human. For them it's like killing pking, it's their way of playing the game. They weren't harming anyone with it, they were just minding their own business and suddenly Jagex comes and kills their whole game. I'm very disappointed about the attitude of several TIFers: "I don't stake, not my problem". They've just killed the whole point of the game for some people. No, it's not my way of playing either, but I'm still quite upset by this update. This is the first riot I support. They've gone too far.

This is too far, way and way too far. I've never done any serious staking but this is just too much. Staking have always been a part of runescape and this has totally ruined it. I'm not a very good write myself, so I'll just quote someone from the RSOF:

Pots never sell easy, that's why I train my herblore on pots I'll actually use a lot (mostly sup sets and sup energy pots). Whatever price you'll ask, don't expect to sell them in a day, but asking 7-7.2 ea will make it a whole lot faster. Just post it on the RSOF and do something else while waiting (flechting, herblore, FM, WC -if close to bank/tele spot-, etc.) Another option is to wait till GE comes out.

I advice to use emerald bolts on Jad first, the poison really helps.

Nice guide, I have never even though about killing them and I think a lot of players haven't (which is of course the goal of this guide). Doubt I'll ever try it, but you never know. Typo :wink: .

Don't use the crafting guild peninsula, that's incredible slow. The best way is to go on Lunar, tele to waterbirth island, run all the way west and gather the 7 spawns over there. If you're full tele to CW or Edge and repeat. If you sell them for 450-500 ea, you make about 400-500K an hour that way. (Subtracting the cost of the runes and sup energies.)

Awhh bad luck on Jad. Just try again, you'll get it in the end! You're already doing better then me, it took me 3 tries to get only to the healers. And I'd suggest rune c bow with a shield (DFS > granite = D SQ). No repairs and way better defence bonuses.

Skip, they are quite hard to kill and the D items are very rare for them (they don't even drop a visage any more).

RuneHq's is a lot more user-friendly, no annoying pop ups.

You could always try making nature runes. Vial merchanting isn't bad either. Gathering seconds is also not a bad option, with your levels you could try red spider eggs in the Edgeville dungeon, or eyes of newt at Taverly with falador tele. Sorry I can't help you more, I've never been a good moneymaker.

Tip doesn't have one, RuneHq does though. But if you want something which shows how certain outfits look, I doubt there is one. I heard that'd cost a huge amount of band switch and space (I don't know much about that though).

They don't know what they are talking about, the hourly exp rate at granite exeeds iron. There's also a "switching" technique used to mine one, and drop the ore while you mine the second one. Exp rates are about 45k exp per hour, not too bad, but it requires 100% focused attention and that is the real challenge. Wear desert robe bottoms and boots and Varrock armor 3 as top (if you have, it will help, if not then just desert top). Desert clothes pretty much double the length of your waterskins and with the switching method you only need 2 inventory spaces for the rocks so everything else can either be waterskins or runes for humidify. Why do you need the Varrock 3 armour? And (as you may have guessed) I just don't like powermining. It'd rather produce something rather then create totally nothing even if it's slower. Maybe I should have been more clear about how powermining is way better Xp/hour (I never know the exact numbers).

Mining will stay slow, no matter how you'll do it, it'll stay slow. There for, going from 65 to 85 in a row might be a bit too much. Better break it up in smaller pieces (get 75 first for example and stop mining). For the mining itself: if you think this is too slow, it's best too powermine granite in the desert with lunar spell humidify which will automatically fill your empty water skins. But don't expect incredible high xp rates there either
