I'm planning on training woodcutting and firemaking inside the Tai Bwo Wannai village. But I have 2 questions about it: 1. What is the quickest way to get 100 trading sticks? 2. What is the quickest teleport to a bank and back? (I'll save the nests so if I have too many to keep effectively woodcutting I want to bank.)

No it isn't, under Yanille is better if you have 82 thieving. Good guide, but a bit obvious in my eyes. Stand near the spawn spot, kill them in the same order, etc. already pretty well-known Imo. The only tip, which I thought was very handy and didn't come up with myself was about looting the chest, I never thought of that.
