Anchorman - Was an ok film, relatively funny. The usual cast, Will Ferell, Vince Vaughn, Steve Carell, nice appearences by Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Tim Robbins and Luke Wilson. No sign of Owen Wilson tho, i guess he was busy? And how could I forget Christina Applegate...? \ mmmmmmmmmm :P I was feeling in a "I love Ms applegate" mood afterwards so I decided to watch Surviving Christmas which is just awful but shes very pretty in it ^_^

It was ignored because it was irrelevant. Such a controversial subject is bound to provoke criticisms from people. This is a discussion forum not a happy fluffy agree with everyone board.

Its hard to argue, Herr, with people that so badly WANT something to be true that they argue so strongly despite there being no scientific evidence for it (anecdotal evidence does not count) and yer masses of evidence against. :-s

I used to like fishing but i havnt done it for a number of years. I used to find it quite fun trying to catch a fish. I never used barbed hooks and I always put the fish into a bucket of water so it wasnt out in the air. I never took pictures and stuff of anyhitng that I caught.

James Randi did an experiment once with a large group (several hundred i belive) people who belived in astrology. In the experiment everyone gave Randi (whom they belived to be a skilled astologer) their dates and times of birth. In return he gave them all a "personalised" astrological report. Virtually all of the people were amazed at how accurate their report was. Then they realised that Randi had given every single person the same report. Unfortunatly I cant find this experiment on Randi's site, I will continue to look. I did, however, find a similar experiment with similar results debunking astrology. And here is a short video clip of (youtube). If you really think you can give an accurate analysis of a person based on astrological charts why not apply for the $1,000,000 prize?

So basicly the astrological analysis will apply 100% to some people and for others it may be a combination of traits from any of the 12 signs and possibly some people might have NO traits assigned to their star sign?... Makes perfect sense now. :roll: If, as you say, the astorlogers in the papers are writing bunk then surely they should be arrested for fraud? Would you back that and campaign for it to clean up the name of "real" astrologers?

When you mean "good" do you mean free?... Good hosts will cost money, authough they can be as cheap as $3 a month, as at http://www.webhostingtalk.com they are the experts and impartial too so you wont get peoplewith ulterior motives trying to get you to go with a specific company.

Just because it only streams doesnt make it legal. It still needs an online broadcasting licence.

Its not a feature thats in the default installation. Its not a complicated mod to add but would add unneccesary load to the server.

You will need to re-save it as a GIF. It quite clearly says on ImageShack what image formats you may use.

The United States Patent Office will allow anyhting though even if you dont have a prototype/model. James Randi routinely finds patent nonsense being sumitted for things like teleportation devices etc and reports them in the Swift Newsletter.

I belive this is something that only happens in the US as most other countries have controls over patent abuse. I am 99% sure that in the UK a company cant own a patent purely to get rights from it with no intention to use it themsevles. They are called Patent trolls

My nieghbour and his pit crew are trying to make a car which drives on vegetable oil. Imagine that.. gas stations dispensing vegetable oil for cars - :-k If its a diesel car then it'll run just fine on used vegetable oil, provided you filter out all the crap bits.
