  1. First kill of task 600 total and 48 combat :) I think I'll do dragon slayer tomorrow :)
  2. Time to revive this account! I also got the wicked hood WHICH IS AWESOME! 100 mind runes from the hood itself and 152 more crafted from the free essence :o Magic training time maybe? :P
  3. Papayas and maples/yews mostly. Fellstalk was great xp at higher levels too
  4. VERY unlikely. I'm sure that a lot of RS players play on Mac or Linux (RS being one of the few cross-platform MMORPGs), and that spyware probably couldn't be cross-platform. Though now that I think about it, they're removing unsigned mode (which doesn't download anything on your computer)...
  5. Watching the moon at night. I've done this really often recently. Listening to a really beautiful song.
  6. Sounds EXTREMELY promising. Funny though that just a week or so ago they desperately needed the players' help to fight bots - but I guess that was part of the plan, too. :P
  7. Thanks for posting this. I probably wouldn't fall for this, but I'm sure many will.
  8. In my school the teachers don't care if you don't do notes at all - they've said quite often that you should do your notes exactly as you want. If you think you don't have to make any notes, then don't. That "Important Book" sounds just ridiculous though. What's the point of having all your notes in one book? Isn't it much easier to find the part you're looking for if you have a separate notebook for every subject? I don't understand the point of grading notes. Aren't notes written so you would remember the important things easier? Besides I think that just remembering facts is not that important - understanding them is.

Snow, winter, night, crystal, dream, destiny, fate, melody, sing, wish, fantasy, ocean, time, moon, deep, silence, wonder, hope, pure, white (etc.) For some reason the word "snow" sounds beautiful in every language I know. Snow itself is really beautiful too.
  10. I pirate mostly music and anime. Music for mostly two reasons: 1) too expensive to buy it and 2) I listen to many really rare songs which are really hard to find (this is also why I don't use Spotify). Quite ironically the same copyright laws which are supposed to reduce piracy are the only reason I have to pirate so many albums - many older albums cannot be sold because of the copyrights. A less important reason is that pirated music is easy to move to other devices (I have a desktop, a netbook, an iPod classic and a phone). I pirate anime only because there are no legal translations of most series. I think I've said this before, but it doesn't really matter whether piracy is legal or not - no law is going to stop it. Companies just need to be creative and think of ways to make money even with piracy around. The most obvious way would be lowering the prices, but it's certainly not the only one.
  11. Stuff like this. Political correctness gone mad.
  12. Just finished reading Terry Pratchett's Sourcery. Next: The Hobbit in Swedish :P

A cat we had years ago got hit by a car and one of its legs had to be amputated. Didn't seem to affect the cat at all, though - it was just as lively as it had been before. But still, it's just sick that someone would smash a cat's paw with a hammer... I hope it will be okay.
  14. What did I just read?
  15. Not in Finnish, actually. There are pretty much no homophones in Finnish, because it's almost completely phonetic. I can only think of one pair - haltia ("elf") and haltija (a rarely used word for "owner") - but I don't think you can confuse them even if you try. I remember reading that the 'j' was added to the latter specifically so they wouldn't get confused in written language. Of course in Finnish the problem isn't the exceptions but rather the rules themselves. :D
  16. Don't mean to butt in, but thats the default colour. I agree the black ones nice but the sash's colour ruins it for me, everyone knows Black & Red belong together, purple? Uh! Yellow is actually one of the recolor options... ...Even though it's normally yellow... Because you might decide you don't like the new color and want the original? Having an original option and yellow recolor are different game-wise... The recolor is a little bit lighter yellow than original I think
  17. Of course, here are all the SoL and changshan colors:
  18. Here's a blue SoL with black changshan robes (without the ugly hat - classic hood looks much better): The staff looks really nice IMO :)

92/99 points from a Swedish writing, which is about... twice as much as I used to get and probably the best in our class. I haven't even really studied, but somehow just having a more positive attitude increased my scores from barely enough to pass to near perfect in little over a month. The actual exam is in a few weeks, hopefully I'll get a good score from that too :)

Luckily I don't have Comic Sans installed
  22. I've had mine for almost four years and the battery life is still great. I rarely carry it around, though, but I often listen to music at night.
