ever been *tempted* to cheat?
The only rule I've broken is using SwiftSwitch back in late 2006 - early 2007 when it was not allowed. Not really cheating, though, I just liked the world switch buttons.

Cheating
I very rarely cheat in any game. In multiplayer games never. In singleplayer games I sometimes cheat. Usually it's just experimenting, for example I could make the character a slow-moving, but almost immortal "tank" and see how the game changes. I don't know if you could really call it "cheating" though, it's just a way for me to make the game more fun.

Freak Like Me - Worst/Weirdest Habits
- I rarely do things I really enjoy (drawing, playing strategy games), but when I do, I can spend hours on them though maybe they're so enjoyable just because of that? - I like finding / creating patterns, such as building my cities in a perfect grid in Civilization - I like the feeling of incompleteness, for example bands' demo albums and beta games -> I also leave things incomplete myself, like coloring only a part of a picture sometimes it's just laziness though :P - I have to watch anime every single day, it cheers me up more than anything - I like using long words in my speech

Getting "Good Grades"
I almost never study at all for exams and still get excellent grades (with a few exceptions such as biology). Sometimes I even feel bad for it - others read the whole book several times and still don't get nearly as good grades as I do.

For a long time I couldn't find any diamonds. Then I found thirteen in a single small cave.

Minecraft General
I just realized how scary Minecraft actually is... --- Just think about it. You're the only living human in an (literally) infinitely large world. Every day you go into an (literally) endless mine with a pickaxe in hand and a sword, some food and torches in your backpack. Hearing the beautiful voice of diamonds you dig, dig, dig deeper, mining some iron on the way. But iron isn't enough to satisfy you; diamonds are what you want. So you dig even deeper. You see some gold nearby, and walk towards it. With a few swings of your pickaxe, you mine the gold. But that was a mistake; as you grab the gold, you fall down, down, down into a burning ring of fire lava. Luckily, you don't fall right into lava; unluckily, you find yourself surrounded by a horde of monsters. You quickly reach for your sword and swing it around, hoping to hit the monsters before they hit you. After getting rid of the monsters, you hear a hiss nearby. Suddenly something explodes and you are hit by stone cubes. You decide to dig even deeper in search for diamonds. As you hit the rock bottom (literally), you see them. Diamonds! You quickly get the diamonds out of their stone prison and begin your return to the surface. You mine some stairs in the rock, and suddenly realize you have no torches left. You mine like crazy in the pitch black tunnels. Somewhere down below you hear screams of the horrible monsters. As you reach the surface, you notice it's night, and you see monsters everywhere. You make a mad dash to your house and somehow survive. You look in your backpack and smile as you notice a small pile of diamonds. --- Yeah, I almost went (literally) insane during my last trip to the caves. Damn scary.

Are you a moeblob? Nope, I'm not (yet) Just be careful you don't start having urges to have tea parties in the club room :P I don't drink tea so that's not a problem :D

It feels like I'm living in K-On myself. I cannot really play anything except some basic stuff on guitar, and suddenly I'm a bassist in a school band.

The effects of piracy on artists
You just described mainstream artists. What do you think about indie bands, which certainly don't get $200,000 a show?
-
The effects of piracy on artists
Spotify is like that, but it's not available everywhere yet if ever. 5 / month and you can listen as much as you want. It has a lot of songs (over 10 million), but it still lacks a lot of my favorites. Too bad, otherwise I could pay for it.

The effects of piracy on artists
Why is it so hard for people to understand that piracy ≠ theft? If you steal a CD, the shopkeeper loses it. If you pirate it, whoever you got it from still has it. Besides, no matter whether piracy is right or wrong, no one can deny the fact that it's here to stay. Record companies cannot stop it anymore, they can just accept it and adapt to it.

The effects of piracy on artists
I also pirate all my music. It's not that I don't want to pay, but I have pretty much no way of getting the music I like other than pirating. The bands I listen to are almost unknown - Dark Moor, Derdian, Fairyland, Gamma Ray, Rhapsody of Fire, Skyclad etc. I'm pretty sure that most stores in Finland don't sell their music, and I have no access to a credit card, so I can't buy anything from Amazon or such. Even if there was a way for me to get my music legally, it's just too hard for me to bother. Pirating is easy, why can't buying be?
