Today was my first day in gymnasium (it's the Finnish equivalent of sixth form colleges and such). It's in the same building as my high school, so I already know where everything is. Some teachers are the same too. The school's mostly from 8.45am to 2.45pm, but may be shorter or longer depending on which subjects you choose.

Last day of vacation :(

Short term: - Finish the game I'm programming right now - Enjoy the last day of vacation (it's tomorrow :( ) Long term: - Learn Japanese (I've already started) - Create the best game ever (or at least a very good one) - Move to another country - Learn to draw well - Learn to play guitar or something Very, very long term: - Create a successful fantasy series. I'm planning to create at least games and comics. I'm a huuuuuuuge fantasy fan. My favorite music changes often, so do games, animes and other things but fantasy has always been there. And by fantasy I mean something which has swords, magic and dragons. :)

On the day Elite TTs were released you got much more items than you were supposed to from MTK

On Monday (two days before update) I got this: [hide][/hide] Over 500k, not too bad. The clue before that was even better, around 800k, sadly I don't remember what I got from it :( After the update my best clue has been 235k. My best clue ever was a level 1 clue which only took around 5 mins: [hide] [/hide]

[hide][/hide] This is from the HQ in Quiet Before the Swarm, I think it's the ship used later in the quest but I'm not sure [hide][/hide] Void Knight outpost and Pest Control are next to each other, no surprise there [hide][/hide] From the runite resource dungeon, I guess all resource dungeons (except the one with willows and maples) are next to each other. Very much possible.

My RS character is female even though I'm a male IRL. It was a guy at first, but I changed it later. I don't even remember the reason anymore, it was over four years ago.

I killed hundreds of monsters today - bronze dragons, iron dragons, green dragons, blue dragons, cave horrors, werewolves etc. - and didn't get a single clue. :(

Didn't have very good luck with clues yesterday. :( (around 235k from this clue - I got another one but it was only like 80k) Doesn't really matter though, 6M from MTK + 2M from a black mask makes up for that :) Hopefully I have better luck today :)

Two more good apps: Pidgin - a great chat program, supports IRC, MSN and much more (I think this is already installed in Ubuntu though?) VLC - a media program, supports pretty much any video and audio formats ever made Oh and by the way read this. It's a tutorial to installing and removing apps (in Ubuntu). It's really easy, but totally different from Windows. One of the best things about Linux once you get used to it :) You can also try Wubi. It's a program which allows you to install Ubuntu very easily. It creates a virtual hard drive (a file which the computer sees as a regular hard drive) and installs Ubuntu on that. It's slower to use than a normal installation, but I totally recommend testing it for a day or two to see if you like Ubuntu, because a regular installation is much more difficult to remove if you don't want to keep it. I've never been addicted to RS at all. I usually play for a month or two, get bored, take a break, and then come back. Even when I play I rarely play for over 2-3 hours / day. Also I never grind any skills (this is also the reason why I hate other MMORPGs which have barely anything but grind, grind, grind). That's probably the main reason my skills are quite low for someone who has played for five years, but I don't care. In fact I think I have had much more fun this way.

I could post my Dragon Slayer pic but I've already posted it in like 10 topics... so I'll take something else from my collection. Found a bank pic from two years ago lol. Pretty poor compared to what it is now. This is before the bank update, so it's quite messy too. After looking at this pic I realized how awesome the bank update was :D [hide=][/hide]

And even then it wouldn't beat GemStone, which has been around since 1988. Probably the oldest still running online game.

I'll kick a sink so a black pudding appears, then get my badass cat to scratch it at super speed until it divides into dozens of them and one gives me a wand of polymorph, and then I'll use it to polymorph two rings into a ring of teleportation and teleport control :)
