That can be hard at times assuming you want to take a group picture at a certain, good looking, attractive spot, which could be a city centre (but then you risk you'll never get someone silent!) or in a CW game, for example). Then going to someone's house for a group picture is not an option as it's not really exciting in there :P

Looks like a nice way for lower lvls to make some quick cash, I haven't tried it yet but will definitely recommend it to others :)

I always due them, even though they take a lot of my time (don't concentrate on them, so clues lasting an hour are no exception :P) and the rewards so far have always been rubbish, out of 211 lvl 3's the best item I got was a zamorak page back when they were 150k each. I however still do them because else i can't stop thinking that I might have 'dropped a 3a kite ^^'.

I think it might help a little, depending on the item and price you are selling for. Someone might get to the GE just to bank or buy a few super restores, but when he sees someone is spamming "selling v helm minimum price in ge!!!" he might change his mind, decide to buy the verac helm too and see if he can make some money out of it. So if the item is a much wanted item (but also greatly supplied in this case), such as barrow items, and the price is right, someone spamming just that might have someone else spot the bargain, have his merchant-intellect light up and buy the item to make some easy money out of it. Saying: selling 'obby cape for minimum in ge!' however is not really effective, hardly anyone will buy this item to make money out of it due to the very low profit margin available.

Buying essences (before pure essences) for 20-30gp each (bought them in quantities of 100-20k until I had quiet a lot of them) and sold them for 40-45gp each. Each time I ended up with more money so everytime I could buy more essence :P However to get my first few 100k I mainly mined essence :)

Only read the start and didn't look too promising. However after I read the comments I realized I apparently had missed some crucial parts. When I have some more time I might read some more of it and put it into practice ;) Thanks in advance

Best guide concerning GWD I've seen. Very useful pictures and no useless information. The only thing I missed were inventory screens, the descriptions works ok but a screen would be more helpful ;)

Thanks! That is truly a great compliment, the best I've had so far. Due to quiet a few positive comments in only a few days I've decided to perfect-ionize my guide even more in the coming weeks! I've had 2 stressful weeks right now and 2 more to come with a lot of tests etc., but after that I should have more time to create new maps and edit existing ones with new ways of transportation. A lot of transportation methods but also new areas have been released since the making of this guide so there's a lot to catch up with, but I'll keep doing my best to make it even more-better than tip.it's guide and hopefully make it to AOW someday.

I got the right amount of GhZ and RAM, however I have an integrated Intel memory card of exactly 64mb. Assuming I've seen many others with Intel video cards as well I almost can't believe Jagex made it unable for Intel video-cards to run the new graphics.

I first thought of that too, but that would be way too big then, cause if you want to create a clear picture the image needs to be huge. Also I felt it was unnecessary and that's why I did it in this way. People usually want to travel to a certain location and therefore this way is best imho. People can look in the index where they can find their destination in the guide (some probably don't even know where it is, so a world map doesn't really work yet). Besides it's unnecessary to put down a complete world map when people usually only need to get to a certain location, if they need to get to another location after that they, all they have to do is scroll down or up ;) --- Thanks for your suggestion, I however made this guide over a year back, when Karamja gloves and many other ways of transportation didn't exist, YET. Back then I said I would update the map later on when new ways of transportation where released, however at this moment I'm too busy to do so and I don't feel like spending another 30 hours on this guide, also due to a lack of posts on the previous forums. Besides, this mostly is a guide for new players to the game, which obviously won't have Karamja Gloves 3 for a while, but don't worry. I might start working on this guide again sometime, but not yet anytime soon :)

An okay read, nothing really surprising or outstanding for me. Also I don't think relating sports and clans was a good idea since both are completely different things, with different activities and different intentions, besides that however you did a nice try =D>

I personally think that the 200M xp in every skill should not be incorporated in a potential ranking system like you suggested. Completing something to me means that you've done something that gave you new things to do, or the ability to create new items, completing something means you opened some doors for yourself. This can either be winning a game of CW or completing a quest. Gaining a level in whatever skill to me counts as a completion, even if you can't do new things on the newly acquired level. 99 is the last level in every skill and therefore imo should be the last part of completing a certain skill. Gaining more exp after 99 might get you up in the highscores but doesn't allow you to do new things in the game (prolly showing off but that's about it right?), therefore it should not be part of a potential 'completion-system'. That however is just my approach to identify the meaning of completing something in a game, different approaches however can cause different outcomes.

Thanks. Even though I stopped with this blog somewhere in July last year, due to too few people posting and me quitting rs for a while I might restart my blog! With the Summer break starting in about a month I expect to get some sweet drops and some sweet level up's. After doing over 15.000 (!) games in PC I really can't stand it anymore lol, I never could stand, but I guess the fast exp a while back kept me to it. The only reason now would be void armor I guess.

Great post, I hope the spammers will realize that what they are doing shouldn't be taken for granted. There's people actually paying for their enjoyment, even though these people might not have a lot of trouble doing this, there is still no reason to post without adding something to a certain post.

Can you retake the picture and save as PNG. When you save as gif it reduces the quality thus the fuzzyness of your picture. :mrgreen: Had to take a new picture, but here you go ;)

Very much worth it, I've done so many tasks in the past where I couldn't use my black mask due to face-item restrictions, and now that is finally over! However I agree with many people out here, blacklisting certain tasks is at least as much as handy!
