Alright let's start this. ICC: May walked to the living area. Everyone was either at their posts or sleeping. She took a piece of paper and stuck it on the bulletin board. It was titled "Possible Missions" There were three ideas written on it. 1: Z-Bomb We all know zombies are attracted to flashing lights, and loud, high pitched noises. We could use this weapon offensively, we could make a bomb. We would need speakers, huge speakers, and as many as we can find. We would need a portable power supply, since theres no power left in the city. It may be a good idea to get giant lights, strobes if possible. We would put all of these in one spot, and turn it on. It should attract all the zombies in the area to that spot. Then we need a way to kill them. The best solution would be a remote bomb. This could be a conventional bomb, if we could find one somewhere, or homemade. Homemade is probably the most likely option. We would need something explosive, oil or someone could try to make a plastic explosive of some sort. Then we need the casing for the bomb, something like a large petrol tank might work. We put this all together in a central location, activate the strobes and speakers, and watch them come. Once enough have gathered, we, from a safe location light it off and watch the fireworks. 2: Subdue and Study Very little is known about the virus right now. If we could build containment rooms of some sort, and capture one of each type of zombie, we would be able to find more about the virus, and the zombies themselves. The weaker zombies wouldnt be too hard to contain, all but the tank would be stopped by thick metal. The tank would take a lot more, reinforced steel or thick concrete. Maybe both. Anyway, we would need to capture the zombies *alive*. The safest way would be to using tranquilizers. I dont have any of these, but we might be able to find them at a police station or hospital or any place that deals with animals. If we go through with this, we could find out a lot about the zombies, and maybe, how to better kill them 3:Rescue Sweep Simply put, we sweep the city, looking for survivors. A conventional way of doing this would be to take a helicopter or apc, but at the moment, we have neither. So we would either need to acquire one, or think of a different way of doing it. OOC NOTE: npc survivors are useful in that we can have them do jobs like guarding, which leaves us free for other things. We can choose one of these ideas, and work on it, or think of something else. Have fun.

Then you were not risking enough, only time that happens is if your under the risk limit or you have killed the same person multiple times. Though from my experience (with the 25k trick, admittedly :oops: ) even if you die frequently or get some bad drops, many are more than good enough to cover them. Either that or you can reuse the drop; usually they're good enough to actually fight with. I was skulled with three items over 75k each. And I hadn't killed him before.

I just hate when people lose stuff and you get nothing. I killed a guy who lost upwards of 100k, and got 15 bronze arrows.

You don't have to even shoot someone with a gun to stop them with it.

That's hypothetical. What about a situation where the criminal doesn't have a gun? What about a situation where the criminal doesn't even know you are in the house he just broke into yet? What about a situation where the criminal is going to do much worse than just asking for your money? In that case, it would be best to, I dunno, take out a phone, call the cops and hide in the attic? And if you say you have no attic, then you probably don't even have a gun. Demographics wise, I'd guess if you have no attic you're more likely to have a gun.

These are my favorite classes, in order: Spy Heavy Pyro Sniper Medic Engineer Spying is fun, and it lets you take out snipers easily, and oftentimes escape. Playing as an invincible tank, the heavy is fun, if you have a good medic. But, of course, they're not quite invincible. Pyros are fun, I like jumping off towers and past a enemy sentry gun, the bullets shoot me and push me to the enemy's side of the map, and I kill like half their snipers before they notice me. I usually get the most points with snipers. One time I had a 25ish kill streak going, I was the top in the game. Then i got kicked for high ping. Medics are easy usually, and its fun to kill people with the syringe gun Defending your little encampment as an engie can be fun.

Let me rephrase this a bit. The internet, as a whole is a person. The hair is tip.it, the brain is google, the eyes are youtube, and so on. 4chan is the anus.

Recently, near where I live, a police officer got into a gunfight, If the police officer had been equipped with only a taser, there is a good chance he would have been killed. Something like 20 shots were fired, and he was able to subdue the criminal. Criminals will get guns, if they want them. Black market guns aren't that uncommon. It's like drugs, just because they're illegal, doesn't mean people won't get them. And a "good ol' ax/knife". If someone hits you with an axe, it probably is gonna do a lot more damage than a bullet to the leg, not matter where it hits.

In high level F2P BH, noone fights unless is it a no armour fight - so whats the dif? Most BH'ers in lower crater are pures, so it must be fairly effective. To those who say pures risk nothing, a pure usually has 1 prayer, and takes in a R2H. If they score a decent kill, they often won't outlast a pjer unless good hugging skills are implimented. There aren't many ppl who pk in full rune in lower level BH (I challenge you to find any) - so a pure risks more than most there. The true 1 def, 1 prayer pures have distinct advantages and disadvantages over the 'average stat' player. Here are just a few of em: Advantages 1) You can hit a lot higher than your opponant. Crucial to gain a KO. 2) You have more hitpoints than your opponant - crucial to avoid a KO 3) You have the upperhand in a variety of combat styles up to around level 80. (Mage til 40ish, range/r2h til 65ish, melee til 80ish) Disadvantages 1) It costs more to train melee due to eating more often. 2) At around combat 80 you become overshadowed by rune pures who will dominate the pants off 1 def pkers. 3) Very limited to areas you can go, quests you can do, training locations etc by remaining 1 def, and 1 prayer. 1 def pures live to pk - they dont want to go soloing Bandos, DK'ing etc. They want to experience the thrill of smacking a 30 with a R2H while at combat 65 hence scaring the pants of a main! Good post,but i kind of disagree with the advantages,when fighting someone with decent armor(let's not say average stats),it very lowers the chances of hitting or making a good hit,I'm a 78 Combat with 86 Ranged and 50 armor,yesterday i friendly dueled someone who was level 80 and apparently a def pure,he used his Rune 2H and Scimitar,he only hit me one time 23,then most of the times 0 or low hits,my max hit with iron arrow was 12,but yet i still managed to win,why?because armor makes for it,don't be fooled by the high stats,it really doesn't stand a chance for good armor and high levels. Wrong. the best type of pure is a rune/fighter pure. With 90 attack, 99 strength, 90 hp and 40 defense, and 33 prayer, you would be only around level 95. With those stats, you could hit around a 43 with a whip potted/prayer, and 38*2 damage with a dds spec. Two specs ate even 20-20 damage will basically insure you win any fight, and with dds you have 4 specs. A normal player, 75 attack, 80 strength, 75 defense, 60 prayer, at the same could hit only a 38 with some of the best possible gear with a whip, and only a 32*2 spec with a dds. They rune pures armor, probably rune legs, boots, gloves, maybe plate, and a fighter helm, is not much worse than the armor the other player would be wearing, unless they were wearing 20m+ of stuff. The normal player's lower 75 attack would not hit as often, but it might even out with the other's lower defense. However, the pure's strength and attack would deal a lot more damage, even through good armor. The pure will also hit more consistently. A pure with 1 defense, 99 strength, attack, hp, and prayer could also probably beat a normal player, but only if they weren't unlucky and hit low.

I got like a 20 kill streak, and in the middle of it I got booted for high ping. Damn that sucked. Sniping is so easy. being a spy is fun, but my absolute favorite thing to do with that, is to counter spy. Disguise myself as a sniper/ engie/ whatever, and kill any enemy spies sneaking around. It's alot of fun

Ray, saying majority doesn't mean anything. If I were to say the majority of black people are all "gangsters" who rap, just because I've seen a few that are, does using the word majority make it any less offensive/racist? No.

That's ridiculous logic. The main purpose of guns, whether we like it or not, is to kill something. Be it a deer, a turkey, or, unfortunately, a person. That makes it a weapon.

In every single skill, in every single minigame people are yelling at eachother, and flaming eachother. I used to play castle wars, and people would call you a noob if you won, a noob if you lost. I used to play the orb runecrafting game. The same thing. When I fished for about a summer, the same thing. A lot of people would compare levels, then bash everyone below them. There's a lesser known stereotype of the skiller, a snobby player, who thinks pking and pvp is below him or her. If I were to look at this thread, from what the OP has posted, I would believe that to be true. But i know it's not. I know plenty or nice skillers, and nice pkers. Saying that all or most of pkers are jerks or [wagon] is just a lie.

I just started, I'm decent scoring every match, usually in the top 2, but how do I get higher level guns and stuff?

I hate to say it, but this is just a giant stereotype. To be completely honest, the only real reason people say things like this is to make the people behind the characters angry, and thus want to fight them. It's just a strategy. Anyone who says that all pkers or pvpers or whatever are [developmentally delayed]s, and jagex should ban them are no better than the people they hate. You are insulting an entire group of people based on a sample of only a few people. In general, the tif community looks down on pures. The other day I was reading a thread about pures, and everyone was saying "Pures are [developmentally delayed]ed." "they are the spawn of satan" and crap like that. All that pures are doing is sacrificing some defense in order to deal more damage. It's just making your stats the best for a certain activity. Thousands of people who pk, or do pvp stuff, or whatever do it for fun, and don't trash talk, and just deal with them. I don't think it takes that much energy to just ignore people who bother you like that. Even after what I've written, and what other people with similar thoughts as me have written, you cannot atleast understand a bit of what we are trying to say, then think of it like this. Would you rather have thousands of people that you claim to despise running around where you are, in normal worlds, or would you rather have it that they stay away from you, in pvp worlds.

I have a 4wd suv. And I literally need it. 2wd cars cant get to my house in any snow, and they can't get back up my driveway if they manage to get down it if theres any snow whatsoever. I live on a mountain, and my driveway is extremely steep, so I don't have much of a choice.

I usually play with a replica of a highly armored mask used by some military contractors. The real ones protect against some sniper fire, depending on how big the bullet is, and how fast. The mask I have protects up to really low caliber bullets which is pretty cool. Anyway, I'm guessing it would work, gas masks are made to be durable. A way to test it would be to simply shoot the mask.

Halo has a lot of blood effects, which is why it was rated M. I think that they are too harsh on some games like oblivion, where they moved it to M, because of a hidden designers file that had basically barbie doll nudity

It's good. Playing versus is sweet. But a boomer is more awesome, I mean, a shrieker is a wimpy zombie yelling, a boomer is a zombie that explodes.

Its set up by game, so not much. I've already downloaded the games I wanted the most though, but half life is still dling.
