  1. You probably just have a bit of a gut still, your upper abs will show more before your lower ones. That's what happened when I was cutting anyway
  2. For some reason when I saw the topic title I automatically thought 'David Cameron.' That would've been funny

  4. It has always gone down at a set time, it used to only be for a minute or two though, for some reason lately it's been much longer
  5. I like the hat, Felix What are people's thoughts on red jeans? I saw a pair in Myer reduced from $149 to $25, Levi's and they were my size so I just jumped in and bought them. Now I have no idea if I'll ever wear them

  9. I don't really understand crossfit, is it just a lot of squats/cleans/deadlifts/bench?
  10. I wish my gym gave me free stuff :( Hit a crazy annoying plateau, haven't gone up in bench at all for 2 months, but my squat and dead lift have gone up
  11. And with his mouth closed
  12. Always wanted to try it but haven't gotten around to it. There's a park with it set up about 5 minutes walk from my house
  13. Anyone got gym buddies that don't turn up often, when they come you're always waiting for them, but otherwise they're alright? It's really annoying me, I always did gym by myself then my friend saw my results and asked to come with me, I said it was fine. He comes once-twice a week, three times max and most of those times I'm waiting 20-30 minutes for him, or it's at a time kinda inconvenient for me. He also never goes by himself. Otherwise, when we work out he really pushes himself, is a good spotter and is nice to have around. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
  14. I'll probably get a new pair of desert boots I can only wear leather at work though What do you do? This makes no sense. Maybe you could buy blundstones and use a ton of mink oil on them. I work with seafood, in a very very big grocery store. Everyone has to wear leather shoes. I guess I could just buy a $50-80 pair every 6 months or so

I lol'd so hard at the example
  17. I bought a $140 pair of Clarke's for work in June last year. They've already fallen apart, any ideas as to what shoes I can get that won't fall apart so quickly? I don't care about the fashion, just it being comfortable. The shoes usually spend an hour or so drenched in water, which is I guess what made them fall apart. Also, I need more casual shoes, I have a pair of desert boots and Converse but haven't found anything else which I like.
  18. John, is there something you'd like to tell us? Yes. My hands are deliciously soft and moist. He knows how to use them as well
  19. Dammit Sam, take a picture with your mouth closed
  20. I wore a pair with a black shirt last year to a party, friend was like "watda[bleep] are dey, looks ugly" He bought a pair a couple of weeks ago
