When you are doing skills that don't require intensive running, you should be wearing clothes that at least keep your weight below 10kg. Along with those "cool looking blue boots", there are other items that help reduce weight so you can wear some clothes on you and still be in the negative weight. You can actually observe other people's outfits and decide for yourself what looks good on you and make necessary amendments

No-lifing does not only involve staying up through the night. I suppose a good way to solve these lame rants is whenever Jagex makes very high lvl quests (maybe 100+ combat requirement, 2 or more 80+ skills needed) maybe it will not be counted in the quest cape but instead players who initially owned the quest cape get a added bonus to the cape upon completion of that very high lvl quest?
