  •

    Proselyte: Great Prayer Bonus.

Whip: Excellent Bonuses to Strength and Attack.

Power Amulet: Same Effects As Glory Amulet, Slightly Less, But Only A 5k - 10k Loss Instead Of A 55k Loss.

Antipoisons: There Is A Level 1 Spider Next To The Altar Which Attacks You, It's Poisonous.

Protect Melee: To Protect You From Melee...Duh.

Strength And Attack Prayers: To Boost Your Hits And Chance Of Hitting.

Stat Restoring Prayers: Incase You Are Poisioned.

Protect Item: To Keep Your 4th Item.

you can use the prayer book obtained from "The Great Brain Robbery (Members)" and the holy ammy to get rid of poison so you dont need to bring the anti pots.

First off, only using 4 items is silly as you are using protect prayers anyway.

Ring slot, Ring of Recoil, Ring of Life or DK rings. If using rings of recoil take about 5 to 10.

Gloves, highest RFD gloves you can get.

Helm, Proselyte, White, the new fremmy helm.

Cape legends, Fire or acheivement capes (trimed are the best of course)

Amulet, Glory, Fury, Unholy (holy is ok, but you dont get a attack bonus)

Shield, God book, zammy and guthix prefered over sari.

Boots, climbing, only rune if you must.

Also a few items of food and attack/strength pots. (Personally I use a lot of attack pots because I have 200+ in my bank.)

With those tweaks you can stay there for longer and get quite a bit more exp.

Second, Where And How:

Tips:

  •

    Always Stay Near The Altar!!!

If you go too far you can get trapped amoung the gorillas and run out of prayer.

Also, after spending 10 - 20 minets there, you will become "imune", and the gorilas won't attack you. if you want to keep this "imunity", stay close to the altar.

Yes, there are 2 reasons to stay near the altar.

i got 70 defence with this technique \' , hear take a look:

I think that's a popular place to Dharok, seeing as you can keep protect from melee on at all times.

Good guide

=D> =D>

if you just going to protect....why not wear a full set of stuff ><

other than that decent guild

Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.

Why do you 4 Item there? You can bring Pray Plate+Legs, Warrior/zerker, Firecape, Rune defender, Glory or fury, Zerker ring or warrior ring, Climbing boots/rune boots, Rfd gloves? Or Use dharok there! Dharok owns there let them hit you to low hp. Also Super antis last soooo much longer.

alot of ppl know about this, that isnt to say its not a good place to train

and bring more than 4 items, bring say, neitznot helm, full pros or dh, fury/(un)holy symbol or w/e ammy, barrow gloves ect, u rnt likely to die

the new lvl 3 member skiller.....if u c me, im not a macro

another way to get faster exp is just to bring dharoks (4 items) and sit there with low hp you hit higher =p and its great way to get exp and other than that good guide.

Whoever said "nothing is impossible", obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.

also might want to bring 10k in case you DO take some good hits then you can just go to the guy who sells food and talk to him also a gree-gree is a good item cuz you go up the stairs use it and the apes wont attack you and u can fish your way through them lol plus there is a tellport that takes you right to the area there up the stairs.

hope that helps you.

This is a fairly common spot to train. Its good exp, but there are oo many pplets

Its not a new idea and although the guide is written well enough, the xp here isn't really that good and its risky as well.
