Have YOU Had Teeth Pulled?

Featured Replies

The only teeth that I had pulled were my wisdom teeth. I had them taken out about 6 months ago. It wasn't too bad but my cheeks swelled for a few days so that was annoying.

With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Iv'e had one tooth pulled... chipped it... The only bad part is the shot...

Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....

4 >.> fun... felt weird lol.

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Thankfully, none for me. My wisdoms have just popped up, but no grief from them yet. Hope it continues.

That's the same for me, basically. I think my wisdoms have popped up (what age is that supposed to happen?, I have no idea) but no pain or anything like that. Apparantly I have long tooth roots (genetic) so I probably would never get them pulled. My uncle never got his pulled and they never caused him trouble (I think).

So nope, no teeth pulled. :P

13 TEETH PULLED?!?!? Dude, that's frikkin crazy... unless some were baby teeth...

I had 4 adult teeth pulled and it was probably the funniest thing ever... cuz I got laughing gas :D

I'm gonna have to get my wisdoms pulled too when they come in.

One wisdom tooth. It wasn't causing any pain or anything... it was just growing in such a such that it would never be an effective tooth.

4, 2 baby teeth that didn't have adult teeth underneath them, and 2 extra front teeth. (They weren't fully formed though and had to be surgically removed from the gum)

Damn genetics! :wall:

Nope! I've never had any other tooth surgery either, except for braces.

they were all baby teeth

I have had a couple teeth pulled.

And now I have to get two root canals on my two front teeth because the nerves in them are dead. :?

I had four. I couldn't feel from my nose down from my chin for hours. I was cutting myself, then remembered what would happen when the drugs wore off. #-o

I had both my baby canines on the botomed pulled because the roots became fused to my jaw bone (and the adult teeth were about to start trying to push them out of the way).

Bout' a month ago I have to have 7 of my (still) baby teeth pulled. They had made it through the gum line but had then refuse to fall out. It was really quite a bother. Then last monday I had to get braces, which are a REAL pain. You get used to them but they are a pain in the beginning. The cool thing is I am alredy starting to see a difference in how my teeth looked, and it's only been five days.

You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."

erm, I've had 7 pulled, five were under general anaesthetic all at the same time (these were baby teeth) and the other two were under local anaesthetic when I was about to have braces.

6, and they weren't baby teeth :P . I got put under for the operation.

I have 5 wisdom teeth (2 in one spot), but I don't have the time or money to get them pulled, and they don't hurt, so I'll try to get by keeping them.
