Can you entangle/freeze the B. brothers?

 

 

 

No, cuz that would require ancients + normal spell book lol.

 

 

 

But, one tactic I've seen is bringing a mud staff, entangling the bros, and then usuing earth wave. It looks good to me, except that you use a lot of nats.

 

 

 

Ok, you guys, I'll put up the ancients guide today, I've been procrastinating, and I don't know why.

There are two methods I'd like to see added here, which I'd be willing to help with (getting screenshots, writing the strategy, etc.) One is camping on Ancients with Guthans (you only show how to do one run at a time, which Ancients can do but isn't made for) and camping on normal with no prayer potions or food (is mentioned in Leesters' guide, but could be expanded upon). I'd be willing to write those if you'd like to put them in.

Ancients guide. (The cheap way)

 

 

 

The stats Required Are:

 

Magic 70- For ice burst

 

And thats about it, besides applying all the other reqs from other ways. (70 range, 70 def, etc. etc. etc.)

Water staff: For the unlimited water runes needed for ice burst.

I guess you could, but the point of that guide was to be the poor\cheap way. Actually, the way I did it when I used ice burst for like 4 months stright is: Mystic top + bottom on karil and dharok. Karil on ahrim. And then wear mystic bottom and rune plate for Verac, Torag and Guthan. This worked well, but I tried buying mystic for like 4 hours -.- and couldn't get any, so I decided to use karil.

Karil: I suggest super attack +DDS Spec and whip. If you do not have that, then just mage.

 

Ahrim: X bow.

 

Verac, Torag, Guthan: (You kill them all the same way.) This is what I do. As soon as you click 'search' have your ice burst ready. Click attack, and run 206 spaces away, and cast two more times,. then hide behind tomb until they are unfrozen, then wait two casts, (about 5-6 seconds) and run back out and cast 3 times, and hide, rinse and repeat.

i need to ask yall a very important question about barrows (i will be doin barrows after a bit of extensive training and gear buyin) do i absolutely HAVE to range ahrim or could i just replace all the range gear with more prayer pots? I saw that his armor stats had -1 slash so i wondered if i could just dragon scimmy him while set to slash?

Well, if you are 105+ cmb and have like 85+ attack and Str, and are potted, then use whip. If not, range. NEVER USE SCIMMY UNLESS YOU ARE 126 CMB!! I have seen tons of people drink 1-2 WHOLE p pots cuz they are using scimmy, and hitting more 0's then I hit on Karamel in RFD. (And that's a lot of 0's LOL.)

Whenever you have Karil with ancients:

 

Go in there > Get your kill count > kill Karil while eating like hell.

 

Or you can just go back and bank in Canifis. Come back for another run.
