Honestly, Jagex should ban people based on that premise. If you are level 3-10 and you reach a certain level in certain skills without any other levels, and you have an asian-sounding name with numbers at the end of it or just a gibberish name like xcv23, Jagex should just ban regardless of whether or not you are innocent. Yeah yeah, I know this would warrant an outcry from skillers, but that's the chance they take by being a skiller. Besides, don't make a gibberish name and actually raise your skills and you don't have to worry. If they adopted this "ban now ask questions later" attitude, it'd be significantly easier to control the macro epidemic. As of right now, there is too much 'red tape' that Jagex has to go through to ban macroers.
