May 1, 200719 yr Author Thank you for the comments everyone. Seeing how much this has interested the public, I am doing more trials now, with a slightly different setup. I will use zerker ring and dbaxe special (followed by a restore potion and a super attack) and I will do a 60 minute trial for each. I'll update when I am done. Following that, I will test the statistics on a Slayer task to see what the black mask does to each setup. Need assistance in any of these skills? PM me in game, my private chat is always ON

May 1, 200719 yr thats with obby sword, sorry it doesnt show me actually using it. if i do another max hit like that, ill try to get a pic. of it more clearly. i was curious if any1 considered obby maul + str gear @ cw against the flag guy after switching CW brace for barrows gloves.

I dont have the sword and I dont want to buy it really, but I'm curious. :) maybe later. i just dont like doing things... also, im going to try berserker necklace with my str gear and slayer mask. hopefully it stacks. btw, my max with whip is 40-41 @ lvl 118 str with that same gear. pot and prayer. i was pottted and praying when i hit the 40 with the sword. so essentially its a whip with lower attack stats.

May 1, 200719 yr hmm... it seems my first impression of this necklace was a little off. however, it still think its a horrible update, i've seen 2 uses for both of the new obsidian echantments that REALLY unbalace the game. the bracelet used in the fight caves mean that you can heal 8 hitpoints per minute using only 1 prayer point and no food/brews. and now a 99 strength 1 attack 1 defence mauler can kill ANY pure their level easily, all they have to do is get them to 2/3 health with range then swap to the maul. not only that, but the staff and rings are completely abondoned. in the knowledge base it was said that the berserker necklace only boosts the damage of the MELEE weapons. and now we will see an even bigger drop in the prices of whips, as there is a wonderfull new alternative, easier to get, and with lower requirements. nudist hippy vegan elves who inexplicably wear leather.
