I don't know if I will use it. I just wanted to know what you think about it.

After my 5 month-absence from Bryce, I finally decided today that I could just open it and see what I would be able to do. It took a while for me to orientate between all the tools, textures and whatnots. My goal was to get something which looked as though it was made with 3D Studio Max. I have no clue whether I succeeded or not, though.

Anyway, here it is:

The text is just a primary one, for now. It's really hard to make text look good in abstracts.

Rate and comment it.

Oh yeah... I brushed it and coloured it in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (I had like 20 layers for the background colour only :P).

Thanks.

my favorite part is the choice of colors...its like matrix colors, which looks really great, and the overall design is top shelf. Very nice.

Horrible :P

Nice job, especially on the brushing

i like it hey

u could make that into a nice sig hey

Well, it doesn't quite look like it's from 3ds Max, but it doesn't look like it's from Bryce. Really nice job on the atmosphere.

Looks good, like the colours.

It could use some small amount of linework, and the text could use some work as well, I know its hard to incorporate text with abstracts, but as they say, practice makes perfect

Im liking it, just work on the text, and you have a great sig :)

Hmm, well it's a bit to blurry for my taste. It has a great effect. It looks very spooky :P Maybe a little less brushing as to see more definition, and the text needs some help. Overall 8/10

If it isn't in your veins, you'll never know.

It's too dark, and im afraid of darkness, or not :D I like it but you still need's something. 7/10

I think it's too dark and the colors seem kinda boring to me, 5/10.

On topic : No offence but I don't really like it. I saw much better work from you.

It looks alright. I like the overall effect, but still seems a bit dark. 8/10.

Looks good :) Unlike the others, i personaly like dark sigs alot, mostly because it kind of leaves a part to be guessing at :D I do agree with Uncovrd though, it does need something... not much, but something none the less :) (maybe try a Black/white or Black/white/black border on it?)

Also kind of a coincidence (gawd i know i spelled that one wrong  ) that i just started working on abstracts after a long break too, lol

Anyways, nice job. For now a 9/10 :) If u fix a little of the "emptyness" it will change to a 9.5/10 or higher :P

Thanks for the comments everyone. As for the sig being dark..., I'm not too sure, 'cause it's pretty light for me. Maybe it's your monitor? :P

Anyway, since I've decided not to use it myself, it's up for grabs. First persond who responds gets it. I will only add your name to it, though.

EDIT:Oh btw, Danabis, I know who you are now. Your sig-text kinda' blew the cover. :)

its nice, it looks like some kind of knifes or something, the text fits well aswell.. 8/10

It looks kind of like an airplane hitting Batman midair. I think dark sigs are cool, but that one is a little too blurry and cloudy for my tatses.

There's a couple really plain spots, and its not too sharp on the eyes like I think a good abstract piece is, but good job.

Still like your old abstract stuff from a long time ago better though.
