What's the point? I bough 8 santas 23m ea and now they are like 20m ea but you don't see me complaining.

rares are a lil different that items that can be brought into the game daily tho.. I paid 12m for my whip way back when still have that same whip and whip prices are what 1.6m now? thats a nice amt of cash in the toliet but i do not care 1 bit.. That whip made WAAAAAY more than i lost buyin it ages ago.. Rares go up go down and back up again.. Like i've said many times about santas they are very stable and not worth my time to invest in anymore... But i bet if you keep your santas in a couple months the price will shoot up over 23m per and you'll have yourself a nice profit..

 

 

 

well, now is THE time to buy masks and santas, they are at a half year low or something and they can not drop much more, also summer is coming and in summer these things go up waaaay, if I had any cash lying around in my bank I'd spent it on rares right away. Good thing I already have 4 santas, mask set and a green though :)

I bought my first whip for 3m lol (that was the price back then, i didnt get ripped) they've gone down to half that lol... so basicly i lost 1.5m. but i got a few months of training out of it, and i still have it, so i think its worth it. the fury should be the same.

just seems like the longer i play the more times ppl get skewered...everything is always moving down in price except rares and i understand that, for instance everyone knew that whips would always travel down, but it is the sudden jerks in prices that really bother me.

Why should the people who can't afford furys be helped when "we" the people with furys worked hard for them and are now pay for our hard work. Doesn't seem right .

Unfortunately, you don't have any control over the price of furies. The price of all "equipment" goes down over time. It starts out expensive, then more and more people start using it as a way to make money. It drops. If you look back a few months, this happened with whips too. It happens with everything.

 

 

 

Think of it this way: were you ever planning to sell it in the first place? When I get my membership back and buy a fury, it'll be for keeps. Equipment items are generally the sort of thing you buy and then keep forever, using them. OK so you payed a little bit more than it turns out you had to, but you also were able to enjoy the benefits for a lot longer than all the cheapskates who are just buying them now (like me :D).

Last night in world 2 people were only selling for 4.3-4.8M. The noob sellers were still trying to buy for 3.9 but no one will sell to them. The price will just go back up. This is the response of stupid people to Jagex's update.

they will never return to the 5m price, if anything they will drop even lower with more and more people getting 90 crafting and getting the hard gloves.

Everyone realizes it was because of the new gloves, right? It already hurt from the massive stack up of onyx from the "new great onyx that's going to come out" - but everyone made furies instead.

 

 

 

Now with the new gloves, it's just adding insult to injury with the price.

Pretty much what you did is pay extra to have it earlier. Sure it costs less for people now, but they couldn't have it a couple months ago while you could.

 

 

 

It's called supply and demand my dear Watson. While theres more people wanting them at first with less of them, the price will be high. While less people want them and more of them, the price goes down.

 

 

 

Same thing as anything thats ever come out in real life. Like the xbox 360... it was around $700 the day it came out, and only like 10 of them were anywhere, but now theyre everywhere and lots of people have them.

 

 

 

The only time it would go up is if they are stopped being made. Then less and less will be on the market, which because of... you guessed it... supply and demand, theres a less ammount to give to more people. This is what caused the party hats to skyrocket into the hundreds of millions.

 

 

 

Just like above, this is the same for real life. You can't find a 1958 Fender Telecaster for the same price as it was in 1958. It's damn expensive now because 1959 came soon after 1958. And 1959 just isn't the same year. :thumbsup:

Ok, i know there have been a couple of topics about this but it is really starting to worry me.

 

 

 

As many of you know furys, since the updated bracelets and karmja gloves, have gone down ALOT. When i bought my fury about 2 months ago i bought it for 4.9m. Then i saw it go down to about 4.8. When the bracelets came out they went down to about 4.5-4.6m. Then after the karmja gloves came out it went down even farther to 4.2m-4.3m.

 

 

 

Last night i had a buyer for my fury at 4.2 now i had to go at the last second. I told him that i would save it for him tomorrow. And what do yo uknow today i don't hear a single word from him. And do you know why?

 

Furys have gone donw even further to 3.7m-3.8m.

 

 

 

People are going crazy. They are manipulating prices on the fourms, people are selling them left and right for cheap prices, and my friend today got lucky and bought one for 3m.

 

 

 

I, being a fury owner, am getting very worried. I have lost a good amount of money on this and i am thinking i should sell my fury.

 

 

 

So, do any of you think the fury will go down even more?
