Apart from that.. It's very very good.

Not to keen on the sky. Looks .. Stripy. It looks too simple too. His armor looks a bit weird going from yellow to red, but that may be because of reflection.

Lighting from the lava I'd guess.

As Star said, I'm not too keen on the sky. Also the background seem's a little empty. I would add something like a fight or something to liven the scene up a bit :)

this one took about 6 or seven hours over 5 days.

 

(I had some spare time this week and didnt do much this weekend) When im busy pixels take forever.

you mean the grey? thats supposed to be chain under armor. (like with the back of his knee)

Pretty good, I don't like the black lines on his gloves though.

only problems i see is that the sky is more like stripes whereas the rest of the image is nice and smooth and the shield looks flat and undetailed. I don't really know what all you can do about the shield but just adding some stuff would make it look a lot more realistic and fierce. Other than that it is one incredible pixel work. =D>

I'm suprised, the Gallery used to be a place of constant scrutiny.

 

 

 

First off, you're attempting so techniques, but not succeeding too well. Particularly dithering and highlights.

 

 

 

Perspective problems are not too bad, but still present.

 

 

 

The character doesn't meld with the background, and the setting doesn't really make sense.

 

 

 

MOAR CAWNTRAST.

 

 

 

You have some potential, but there are several things that need improvement before you can make everything work. D:

It's very nice apart from the crouch and sq shield. the sq should be darker red (it doesn't get reflection on the inside) and its lop sided (goes too far down past the handle and not far enough above it

The cliff he is standing on is totally out of perspective.

 

The part where it reached the ground, right at his feet, looks a bit smaller as the ones farther back, which are supposed to be way back in the background.

 

 

 

 

 

The character is a total stranger in the landscape, it doesn't match.

 

 

 

 

 

Volcano looks nice, although the highlights on the smoke could be a bit more subtle, they look like splats of lava on the smoke right now.

 

 

 

 

 

Overall, good job.

The hood doesn't look the same shade as the dragon, as the attack hood is.

 

 

 

The cape imo, should be blowing back around him and doesn't have the long things and collar that hang down over the shoulders. Maybe make it blow in the wind a bit more.

 

 

 

The chain doesn't look very chain-like and is missing the black logo.

 

 

 

The SQ looks rather small.

 

 

 

The ledge that he is standing on looks like a small mound in the ground at the moment.

 

 

 

The underchain should go, doesn't really look right.

 

 

 

The whip would look better not coiled, so it is hanging.

 

 

 

Otherwise I think it looks very nice and will be a great finish! :thumbsup:

well skully noone said that it was an attack cape maybe its just a red cape :P

 

anyway i dont like the color you chose for the armor, it looks too orange-ish for me, and the shield apart from being small has the shading a bit weird. the legs of the guy are in a very weird position and i think you made them too long. the infinity boots look like socks rather than boots. and that grey thing in the platelegs next to his [you know what] looks weird

I love it once again!!! His legs are a bit spread out, and the shield looks funny, great otherwise!!!!!!!

I agree with Mitsu on this one. If it is suppose to be Dragon (which I'm assuming it is) it is quite a bit to orange. Also, the whip would look much better hanging and possibly a little coiled on the ground. And I'm a inexperienced pixaler, but I don't think the reflection on his armor would be quite so great. From what it looks like, he is on quite a high cliff and the lava river is in a valley.

 

 

 

Otherwise, it's an awesome pixel and I'm sitting here wishing I had your talent. :D
