Plank spell destroys economy, but the other spells are very interesting. Anyone has a pic of how the monster examine and Player Skill Examine looks like when you performed them?

 

 

 

And also, will the monster levels be edited in the monster guide?

 

 

 

Everybody saying something in the game was "Ruined" or "Destroyed" is REALLY starting to get on my nerves!!!! :x It's been CHANGED, EVOLVED, its the NEW WAY IT IS!!! Get over it and ADAPT!!!!! :x :x

I think you have to redo all if you stop. But not quite sure. You have to "built up" they guys courage... I don't think running helps him get courage :-k But I'm not sure, the monsters aren't too hard.

I agree :? Construction was released as a money drain to help the economy. The majority of the money that was being drained was going into planking (decorative items take alot, but all at once, planks continue to drain). With planking via the sawdust guy beng almost useless now, that takes away alot of that money drain.

 

 

 

However with less money going into construction now, it leaves room for people to spend their money elsewhere, which could create a slight rise in other items.

And we can still hope it will be money effective for Mahogany (Not the biggest drain for sure), giving an use to the spell.

Oh crap... And because it's way slower to cast the spells then just using the balloons and duel rings for making planks, I think a lot of people will stay with the sawmill operator.

Edit: OMG, I say the spell also uses a nature rune... that means using the spell is far more expensive than using the sawmill since nats are worth 300-320.

Does it at least plank the whole inventory if you use the spell? By that I mean will it turn one log into a plank and then automatically do the rest, or do you have to keep using the spell?

Did the quest. I did combat potion (str+att) and super defence. Then d hides, zamarok book, climbing boots and helm of neitzhocht (SP?!). Used up .. 20 sharks during the 4 fights (4 forms.. so 4 fights).. its fun! Its great! have the reward! :D yay

Wow, you have to pay for the spell AND use runes for it, too? Or was it not explained right, and it's just the runes that you have to use? :oops:

 

 

 

If you have to pay for it, aswell as use the runes, it's totally pointless :P If you only have to use the runes, that makes it around 700 per spell (2 astral, 1 nature), which is still very nice for mahog :o

I'm assuming that you don't have to take down the level 100, two 250s and the 350 all at the same time. (ie, they come in waves like the fightcaves.)

Well, astrals rune can be dubbeled at a certain level if I am not mistaking. And they cost around 70-80gp ea if you craft them yourselves. Oef, makes it expensive..
