After all 70, all 73. After that, all 75 and so on. I dont like when you have alot of very high levels and a few very low. For example: Empror1 had allmost every stat at 99, but he was in the 70's with both rc and slayer, two of the longest skills. Now he's raised rc quite a bit thought. :) No offence to you, Empror. Do crafting next, its but a mere 3 levels away. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
