June 28, 200719 yr Let's imagine you had 999 trillion gp :P... and all skills were 99... what would be the fastest exp per hour you could do... I personally believe it's mahogany planks with demon butler... Let's say each run for the butler to and fro the bank takes 5 seconds, which is what runehq says... and mahogany planks gives 140 exp each... this equals... (let's say you can use all 26 planks the butler gives you every 5 seconds he comes back): 26 planks * 12 (number of 5 second intervals in a minute) * 60 (number of minutes per hour = 18720 PLANKS per hour The exp is then 18720 * 140 (140 exp per mahogany log) = a whopping 2 602 800 exp/hour :ohnoes: that's over a third of all my exp! However, I don't want any stupid things like building and removing steel dragons in your dungeon 1 per second giving you over 8 million exp/hour... :uhh: I'm trying to think of theoretical, yet still possible (somewhat) possibilities... if that makes any sense... Post away at what you think may be the best exp in the game with 99 in all skills and an infinite amount of cash... :ohnoes: \ Also, try to estimate how much exp/hour that is please... btw I wanted to know about the planks since, well, I'm soon gonna have the cash for 99 con and with oak planks ill be getting 250k + exp per hour with just a regular butler... Edit: Going to make a list of fastest exp in any given skill (It'll be by most exp on top, least on bottom): Note: these all come from your feedback and your ideas: Overall: Fletching: Dragon Darts 1.4 mill exp/hour Fletching: Dragon Darts 1.4 mill exp/hour Prayer: 900k/hr using gilded altar ~ ourg bones, w/ runners Herblaw (I like to call it Herblaw from Rsc): sara brews 720k Construction: Mahogany planks w/ demon butler ~ 550k Crafting: Black tanned hides ~ 550k Firemaking: 350k/hr burning magic logs Ranging: Red Chins at Ape Atoll ~ 300k Cooking: 280k/hr Cooking manta rays Thieving: 200k/hr Pyramid Plunder Magic: BIG Guesstimate here but maybe 180k (ancients in Ape Atol and the like) Melee: ~110k w/ best equipment... 99 attack 99 str A high lvl PC clan ---------Melee includes attack strength defense but not hits ---------My melee estimate comes from "a comprehensive melee guide" Mining: 80k/hr (Granite) - according to Romeo Agility: 55k/hr on dorgeshuun agility course (ignoring agility arena tickets) Fishing: Fly fishing at Shilo (w/ banking, which is faster than dropping) ~55k at 99 I imagine
June 28, 200719 yr red chinchompas at ape atoll is up to like 300k xp an hour, but construction is the fastest by far just doing monsters over and over RSN: 1 day late | Private chat: On | 60 ATTACK | 81 STRENGTH | 72 HITPOINTS | | 80 MAGIC | 13 PRAYER | 1 DEFENSE | 65 COMBAT |
June 28, 200719 yr red chinchompas at ape atoll is up to like 300k xp an hour, but construction is the fastest by far just doing monsters over and over I was just gonna say that... Or some major Barraging at Cw world 6

What about p ess (that would be runners... dang!) ummm con mostly beats all i cant think one one :P If you do things right people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
June 28, 200719 yr have 999 trillion and possible? lol well you can get like 800k-1M fletch exp an hour attaching rune arrow heads to headless arrows although you lose alot of money What?
June 28, 200719 yr Adding dragon arrow tips to the headless arrows which is 700k exp a hour. Btw mahogny logs is not 2.7mil exp a hour. You got to make the item, remove it, pay the butler, talk to the butler and more. Basiclly how are you going to use 26 logs, make an item 3 times, remove it remake it, talk to the butler and say blah blah bring from bank and then pay the butler at times and then make it. i say 20-30seconds at least a trip even if your totally no lifing.

June 28, 200719 yr you can get 1999 people into your house, keep using red chinchompas on them and make them stand on the same spot. then it would be around 60k per hit and if u hit 1000 times an hour it would be 60,000,000exp per hour. yer thats right. But chances are you will probably hit 2000 times or so an hour and an average hit with chinchompa is probably 10 or so as you would hit between 0-20+. therefore max maybe 100,000,000exp per hour. Therefore you can get 200mil range exp in 2hrs lol. That is if everyone in the server (full server) is in your house standing at a particular spot and letting you use red chins
June 28, 200719 yr Author  you can get 1999 people into your house, keep using red chinchompas on them and make them stand on the same spot. then it would be around 60k per hit and if u hit 1000 times an hour it would be 60,000,000exp per hour. yer thats right. June 28, 200719 yr You could just use runners to bring you the planks, and take the product... EDIT: I think the chins idea would beat everything... If you could find 2k people who wanted 99 ranging, you could just have everyone go in the combat watever, stand in two piles, and throw back and forth... It would be the cheapest 99 :) That's what it takes to be a hero, a little gemof innocence inside of you that makes you wantto believe that there still exists a right and wrong, that decency will somehow triumph in the end.--Lise Hand

June 28, 200719 yr They nerfed chinchompas a while ago to be like ancients, they can only hit so many things. I'd probably have to say construction, making a bunch of steel drags or something.
June 28, 200719 yr Well, 2 things I noticed wrong. First off, mahog planks woulndn't be the fastest. Here's why: If you had infinite amount of cash, then you'd want to make Demonic thrones. Since building them uses 25 magic stones, and each time you make them, you get 25k exp, that's pretty decent. Now, let's make a mathematical formula (it's late at night, and I'm tired, so if you see any mistakes, please tell me). For now, X = exp per demonic throne (25,000). Now let's say it takes 4 seconds to use stones with demon butler, and ask him to unnote 25 of them, and u click 'continue' when he says 'i shall fly on wings..'. then another 5 seconds to build the thrones (note: you build both thrones at once) and for the butler to come back at give them to you. Then repeat. So, let's say it takes ~10 seconds in all to do those steps. So, (10*6) = Y (Y = 60). So, Y*60 = a minute. 6*60 = 360. Then, 360*X = 9,000,000M exp/hour. So, this would be the fastest way. 'Course, using this method would cost you (25*360*975,000): 8.775B/hour...ouch. Second, how on earth can you get 400k exp/hour (with oak planks) using a normal butler? I thought the max was like 250-300k exp/hour using Demon Butler. :? June 28, 200719 yr Author here's how i got it: though this is with a perfect scenario: runehq says the butler takes 10 seconds, so assuming I waste 0 seconds talking to him or giving him cash :uhh: (so this is like utopian) I spend the 10 seconds building things with the oak planks: 60 exp per plank * 20 planks = 1200 exp per time the butler comes back and gives me my planks so, 10 seconds = 6 for a minute * 60 for an hour * 1200 (exp per 20 planks) = 432k exp/hour Now let's say i actually spend 5 seconds talking and 10 seconds building (so more realistically) 4 (in a minute) * 60 * 1200 = 288k /hour... still some great exp to be made there... making me getting 99 con in 13 mill/288000 hours or: 45 hours. P.S. I am a math nerd and have never used a butler yet... But you guys are helping me figure things out... don't worry you'll be invited to my house once I finish the dungeon! 3 treasure rooms with steel dragons, greater magic cage...
June 28, 200719 yr Ya, but remember..that's 45 hours of non-stop/fully concentrated/lag-free/fault-free building of Oak doors without randoms. So, let's say more like 48-50 hours. Still good :P Let's say 4h/day, 12-13 days of building. Snore. June 28, 200719 yr Author thanks for the feedback... but itll take me more like 2 months... i'm more of a casual player who doesn't use 1/3 of my day for rs :P though sometimes i wish i could... (why is there no crying smiley?) Oh, and... Halo2_Rocks7... ur like my inspiration... why? because ur a beast! 80 construction and going for 80 prayer.... Three letters: WoW... jk: wow!
June 28, 200719 yr fastest possible exp USED to be cooking. You could buy noted unfermented wines, and have them ferment in your bank for 200 exp each. That means you could get all the way up to 200mil exp in only 30 seconds or so. Unfortunately, you can no longer trade or note unfermented wines. :wall: If you can find faster exp than that, please tell me. I'm all ears. Proud owner of a Quest cape!

June 28, 200719 yr I'd agree with Halo2. Demonic Thrones is the fastest exp in the game. Second to that, Fletching, then Range, then Cooking.
June 28, 200719 yr Unrealistically construction wins hand down. Realistically, fletching wins with making rune arrows (800k xp/hour or so) and second is herblore at 540k xp/hour- 3k brews (from unfinished pots). Capone Sabre since April 2001.99 Attack, Defence, Strength and Hitpoints Achieved January 2005. When it still meant something.
June 28, 200719 yr This would take a massive setup, hordes of riches (nats mostly), and would require many people giving up a ton of time for you... but: 2000 people in a server. (You could do with less, but it would take even more time) They do the Alchemist's Playground in the Mage Training Arena. They give all of the gp to one person (about 100mil total). You log in, take the gp, and turn it in. 200mil mage xp in about 4 seconds? EDIT: FOR SHAME!!! I've been gone too long. Good fix, though. I guess it WAS technically the fastest xp in the game ever, though. June 28, 200719 yr mahogany planks are about 440k xp h- not even nearly eunaugh. It used to be charging, but since they changed it, it most probobly is making dragon darts(1.4m xp h). This is considering not using more money an hour than you can hold. Btw: you wont get more than 250k xp/h making oak dungeon doors- and if you even have the slightest lag, you wont get more than 230k xp/h. The calculations you are doing are very stupid- it all depends on how fast you can answer to the servent and how much lag you have- how fast you can click. You can NOT just calculate it like that- you might get alot of random events and end up with a full inventory- hence having to bank/leave your house. First to 99 Farming on 27.
