October 17, 200718 yr Gratz on 54. ^_^ There isn't a lot of people rcing in F2P, so I think it's safe to assume the odds of catching someone in the alter at the same time as you, and at the same time you level are pretty out there. Though I'm only guessing, no one was in the air alter when I leveled rc in F2P, on two accounts to level 40.
