yay for frees! :o

f2p players should berewarded with something.they just get on with their game unlike a lot of p2p who just whine about updates.when f2p get any update their very grateful to jagex and they dont need to be told by us that they dont pay so leave them alone.

Uhh, on this forum (im not sure about official forums) a lot of f2pers are constantly whining about how they "deserve" updates. I never use the party room so why not let them have it, its not like anyone really drops a lot of stuff apart from the very rare occasion.

The main reason f2p don't "riot" is because no one would care if they did  Thats not getting away from the point that the only people who riot in members are selfish and greedy. Also jagex never take anything away from f2pers

I have been a member for about 2 years and i have only used it twice or so. I'm glad it was given to f2p to use as well because then it wont be empty 90% of the time.

P2P offers more and better ways of making money than f2p. That's one of the cons you just have to play with if you don't feel like having 1 bigmac meal less per month.

All of F2P is poor anyways, nothing will ever be dropped in there. People will just wait around waiting for other people to put stuff in.

I almost feel sorry for them......

No! Don't give in! If they feel your sympathy they'll begin to beg! :ohnoes:

Let your yellow mellow.

What, are you all jealous of the FTP population because they got an update? The game is made for everyone, FTP just gets a portion, this FTP updates and PTP updates are stupid, Jagex made the game for EVERYONE to play, and enjoy, FTP just happens to get in there and get a portion of the game, chill out.

They got the Security Stronghold a little over a year ago, their getting an update a year no biggie. Don't be hating the f2pers tifer's you already hate pures and anyone under 13 years old.

Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

I am an F2Per myself, and I see a lot of stereotyping in this thread...

Not EVERY SINGLE F2Per out there begs and is poor, some of us do try to play honestly, fairly, and independently, and I am glad to be one of them. I consider myself somewhat successful.

I haven't really seen too many F2Pers complaining about lack of updates here. Even so, we need somewhere to express frustration; not like anyone can make themselves heard on RS Official Forums... -.-

Before you start saying "They don't pay, they don't need updates!", imagine that you can't be a member anymore and have to stick to Free-to-Play.

One last note: So we got a PARTY ROOM. It's much different from, say, a new quest, or a skill. It's not very useful, just a nice perk.

Ah, of course, because people really care when P2p riot? And there's a hell of a lot of 'selfish and greedy' members then if all of the worlds surronding 99 stayed full for 3 whole days.

Another thing, Jagex didn't 'take' Pest Control away, they did something called 'balancing' to not make it a primary method for a quick and easy level 90+ combat.

And that avatar better not represent Tottenham lol..

Wasn't Stronghold of Security precisely the one update like almost 2 years ago I was referring to as the "last" update F2P got?

And for the people complaining drop parties will now be overrun by F2P noobs - nothing stops you from doing the party in Falador but on an F2P server

I imagine as a matter of fact that W2 will have some quite nice things dropped from time to time, just because there's such a huge amount of people in Falador W2

Live free or die. First option is exhausted, so guess what remains?

They do need a little update once in a while even though they don't pay otherwise there would be less F2P players.

80% of F2P are bot's, I don't see why this is a bad thing. For every 5 people that join RuneScape, 3 will grow up and use bot's.

And all the non-bot's will resort to become a member, thus giving Jagex money and a little more control over the world.

signatureif9.jpg

they didnt deserve it but they got it and they are grateful, so i shall not be angry for the loss of party pete to noobtopia!

well im a f2p person cause my parents wont let me go p2p!! grrr!!

but really im just happy with what ive got!!

I am F2P, I don't use bots, and I don't expect on becoming a member.

80% being bots? Think again. Many, many people, although lower levels, do not use bots. If this was true, Jagex would have a much worse problem on their hands.

How about you take a little trip to F2P first?

"Loss"? Members can still access the party room...

And not even going into "didnt deserve it" and "noobtopia".

I just came back from a few weeks of F2P. Hang out at the Draynor Willows for 5 minutes and you'll see well over 100 macroers pass by.

Alright, now walk through the rest of F2P and compare number of bots to number of real human players.

EDIT: Getting a little off topic...
