and i am now totally up to date!! Phew that was fun.. Most awesome manga webcomic ever.

It really has to be something I'm proud of (quest cape) /a great idea (Democratic Socialism) /or something I like too much (FMA, CT) so that I'd put it into my sig.

 

Not to complain, heck its your sig, but I just want to point out... how is "I attempted to do alchemy" something you really like? Or is it something your just really proud of? :wink:

 

 

 

Ok, what I really like (not to the point of being proud of it. Yet.) is FMA. As a rule of thumb, most real FMA fans would have attempted Alchemy, most probably as a joke, but it still counts. Through writing I've attempted Alchemy, I connotatively express my preference. :

Hmm what else to cover, well goldphishies, I totally agree, Cyanide & Happiness is a fantastic comic, if not a bit crude. Oh and yes Reb, SG1 is pretty sweet, shame it got canceled (although it did have a great run!).

MAn, it used to be hilarious, with the angels antic-ing around, and Vash's thing for Ash, now lately it's terrible lesbian soap opera.

I've already said three or four times that it isn't that great, and that it really can't be so addicting, right?

Haha. But yeah, I was surprised how addicting it was. I read Reb's posts and was like.. Whatever. Then I clicked the link from Trapical.. And couldn't stop reading!

Funny isn't it? Do you know how many times I hit enter hoping my post ends up being worth the hour or so I spent writing it? Then out of the blue I post the link to Misfile and I end up with something like this. A few days ago I log on after a 12 hour absence and I had 21 PMs :ohnoes: In my entire "ten days ten thread" fiasco I only received about five, and that literally took me well over a hundred hours to put together.

 

 

 

Not just referring to this situation, but I find that the things in our life that we do haphazardly end up affecting our lives the most.

I was going to say something like "Was it all my anime and manga exulting that caused you to doubt my appraisal of the comic :P ?" I thought that was it, 'cause anime and manga aren't for everyone, but this comic definitely is :XD: .

Dang... I didn't read any of the comics today... I was watching the first 15 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist. Damn that show is addicting.

heh.. i got up to date yesterday so i have all of today free for anime. although Im not a big FMA fan.

 

 

 

Since i've been on holiday i have 2 episodes of naruto and 3 of lucky star to catch up on.. then i think i'll check out rozen maiden.

Dang... I didn't read any of the comics today... I was watching the first 15 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist. Damn that show is addicting.

 

Geez.. from my perspective I have no idea how to read that, as I could easily see myself realistically making a post like that :XD: (seeing as how I already finished the comic, and I have in the past watched 10+ episodes of subbed Bleach in one day, and I love FMA even more than Bleach :-w ).

 

 

 

God, it feels weird having to just stop at the end of the comic... waiting for Monday :ohnoes: . I've tried to go back and outline it, I've practically read the whole thing twice right now (and the pages/sub-stories I liked much more than that :oops: ), but I can't find a way to outline it. It's just so random- one panel Ash and Em are talking about they're problems, the next they're on the mountain getting ready for a race. It just jumps around so much, and I can't find any concrete bases in the story to set up "chapters", or to at least divide the comic up.

 

 

 

I considered dividing it up by races, as the comic does have a nice even list of multiple races and preperations for them (with many other pieces of plot in between), but that would make it difficult to outline the last big part of the comic, and a majority of the comic doesn't deal with cars and racing, considering the whole Misfile thing being the main subject of the series...

 

 

 

So, does anyone have any ideas for outlining it? I have ideas for labeling parts of the story where certain things happen (appearance of Ash's Devil and Angel side, Vashiel and Rumisiel vs. Cassiel, blush/affection scenes between Ash and Em [including/stetching to panels like this], etc.) but I can't find a way to properly outline the entire comic. So.. uh, any ideas?
