it is owned by lightning i'm sure we are aloud to say that. she did an excellent job. although unfortunately she left and we had to say good bye. the chat lives on though.

If you want to have a decent tip.it "clan" chat, there are some simple solutions.

 

 

 

1. Have more people who are able to put others on their place. But ofcourse, you need people who are both active and especially not power hungry.

 

 

 

2. Be a little tolerant (if you're able to kick/punish people) and especially don't kick everybody who you don't like or spam once.

 

 

 

3. For the users, don't start idiotic conversations yourself, and most important, if somebody starts one IGNORE it. Don't start to go with that person in arguments, but let it to the "moderators" who are available. Don't try to be a mod yourself, if a mod has authority he can solve it himself.

Now it depends on your definition of a regular. Is a regular one that is in there almost 24/7 or one that is on the chat whenever he/she is on Runescape. Honestly I have time that can be used better than to talk in a chat in a game I dont even play any more.

There will always be spammers. So you don't have to take a picture of every @@@@@@@ you see. Plus I am reading how much you hate the immature conversations, yet I can see you talking about the effect gatorade has on your pee...And I am getting the feeling that you just want to be modded in there so that you can kick people.

I haven't noticed too much of a decline in tipitchat..but that might be because I play late at night. I've been vacationing from RS for the past three days so don't know if there's been any major changes (got addicted to Family Feud online..yeh..I know I'm a nerd)

 

 

 

There have been more spammers and a lack of anyone to boot them so we can't do anything about it in the room. I end up just ignoring the room until they go away..

I enjoy taking screenshots and posting them it's fun. It occupies my time whilst mining.

Its true!!! Plastic is now a mod. Hopefully this will be enough to scare the spammers off. Also if we are lucky it would be the end to tipitchats decline.

make me a mod on it (people with the power to mod me, PM me for RSN), ill whip the noobs who spam etc into shape :D

Tipitchats decline is not just down to spammers etc. As others have stated, going back to school/college/uni has affected it a lot.

Im just being optimistic. But ya school is the great destroyer rebel rebel the time is now muahaha. (not really im just a little bored and felt like making a replie)
