Sure, there are spammers, but thats what the ignore list is for. Shadow is a rather humerous guy, but....he keeps advertising his story....Anyways, Tipitchat s also a place where nearly everyone knows and loves me :thumbsup: . Most of the tipit staff and mods are in there vip bunker hidden from spam most of the time. It has probably declined since spammers know the name of every major fan site chat. Thus, some mod wannabes realize that no matter how much they abide tipitchat rules, they wont be a mod. I think its good, it kicks out all the immature people who only care about tossing the rules at someone. wait a sec, is it possible for someone who has a rank to give someone else a rank, even if they don't own the chat?
