Everyone's obsesed with talking about Chuck Norris

It's lacking intelligent conversation to be honest, or maybe I didn't notice it because of all the spam.

i dont know whats happened to tipit chat.The day after relase it was so fun and hectic.Now i join in the chat and theyre are about 3 people who are in w99 and the rest are in other p2p worlds and dont even like tipit.theyre just in here to show off and abuse the system.

 

 

 

ive never seen it that bad the way you described it but its certainly not as good as when it started out :(

I've alwasy felt that Tipitchat was the lesser of the chats, and BlogScape was more of the mature chats. But some Mods have been abusing there powers in there as well, so when the spammers came... :wall:

Well the Chuck Norris thing was Banned and rare to see now. Also half of the mods don't kick when they are supposed to but kick when u tell them too. But.....They kick you instead.

 

 

 

Well my friend just got perm muted because he asked what people preferred, tip it, runehq or zybez.

 

 

 

What the hell are with the wannabe mods, all most of us want to do is use the chat to help pass the time while we skill or whatever,I'm pretty sure everybody on the chat already know about runehq and zybez anyway.

LMFAO at shadows stories. Shame about the chat though it's happening to most chats as all people just go to another chat that they prefer

There are hardly ever any "chat mods" on it, or normal mods (they go on more often though)

The forum is full of noobs, why would the chat be any different?

i used to go on there every time i was on, and i still do. only difference is i don't go online quite as often (IB Diploma :ohnoes:)

I'd firstly like too apologize, I have just started college and have not been able to get on much :(

 

 

 

I have noticed that each time I login, it is very unlikely that another chat mod will be online which leaves the channel vunerable to spammer ect.

 

I try too be on the channel each time I am on RS but even I am human (Yes I know its hard to believe)

 

 

 

The only think I can recommend would be:

 

 

 

1. Add the spammers to ignore list

 

2. Report them to Jagex using the "Report Abuse" button under offensive language

 

3. Keep chat appropriate so people dont take things over the line.

Fudgy it's not your fualt that you can't watch it 24/7

 

 

 

We usually do fine but onvce every 3 hours we get spammed (average)

 

 

 

The thing that we can't make more mods is realy hurting because most mods moved to their own chat after they lost intrest in tipitchat

I think the General forum's decline is a bigger emergency than the chat room's..

The general forum has no decline just some random spamming.

 

 

 

We get spam alot of tipitchat way more than general forum,
