Hi again everyone. You might recognise this picture from some Led Zeppelin "stairway to heaven" -pictures. I like that song really much, and while listening to it one day, I just started to painting it. After many few days of painting and after all making the roughly painted examples fine, I finally can post you this.

 

 

 

It's wip, only the stairway left btw. Led Zeppelin ftw!

Looks really nice atm. I love the sky, sea is nicely done and the ground has beautiful shading. Continue this way and get one of the most incredible pixel signatures on these forums.

That pixel is definitely the best I've ever seen. Hopefully your stairway will be worthy of that scenery :P.

It's been a while since posted last update. Haven't been working on this very much, because I don't want to rush it, so I paint it only when I'm feeling like it.

 

 

 

I'm getting closer to the finishline, so if you see anything that dosnt fit just tell me and I'll look what I can do.

looks good so far, but i got a few things that maybe could be done another way:

 

 

 

* Only the first step of the stairway is done with more detail, and the others steps not really.

 

 

 

* The light colour on the lowest part of the clouds looks rare to me, since its dark-light and nothing between them.

 

 

 

*The sea could use a bit more lighter-darker colours, but thats just my opinion.

dither and blend the clouds a bit other then that they ok. it kidna boring for me put some people in it maybe have a lobby walking up the stairs?
