Bluejayfan94 Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 I'm a 50 in doubles/ts/obj, 48 in LW and 49 in MLG., I just started a new GT, got the 50 in like 40 matches LOL. If anyone needs help getting a 50, pm me on here - I'll try and do it in TS. For MLG customs, pm me here - we play most nights, really only consider this if you've got a sick BR and you can easily get a 45+ in playlists cause otherwise you'll end up going -20 every game. Oh also, I'm selling levelling service - $75 for a 50 from 1 - or I can help you level other accounts but if you've got like 5000 exp and 20 skill it may cost a little more. The way the levelling is done, we don't boost, you just come into a TS party, crouch in a hiding spot and then 3 of us will do all the killing. My FL is full so don't send me any messages/friend requests, all communication will be done on here or on MSN. (If this is against any forum rules, please notify me and I'll remove the post) ^ I`d say no money based activitites because we don`t know you IRL and we would have to use a third party money transfer, and mail is bad because you could just take the money... mrpez Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 getting a 50 you dont deserve wouldnt be very fulfilling. not only will you know that you didnt do it yourself, but when you try to play anything you will be paired with other 50s that actually have that skill over you. im fine with my 40, but i would like a 45 lol. its gonna be hard to get past the 44. mrpez Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 two for one isnt as hard as it seems. try to get a King of the Hill/Crazy King game on a map that has the spartan laser. the best map would be snowbound as standing on top of one of the bases allows you to pretty much see every hill that spawns. just grab the laser and always have it charged ready to shoot. wait till two people are fighting in/around the hill and blast away. or try the language filter trick and you will find people willing to help you. My friend said the same thing lol. Well, he's right. I now have 1000 GS in Halo 3 :twss: . I managed that on Snowbound, though it took two blasts as the first time one of my targets died, then got some guy in Rumble Pit to help with Maybe Next Time Buddy. I'm also at 33 skill, hooray for almost Commander skill level. Just need some swords matches or maybe a KOTH for the last 2. Still wish Elites could use the katana.....we get the shaft 6 ways till Sunday. Last swords match: me 25, 2nd place 11. I got 3 killing (and of course sword) sprees and a triple kill. That thing is seriously my best weapon. Now if only people would stop chucking grenades.... Command the Murderous Chalices! Lenin64 Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 If you're right in front of the person and can see where they're tossing, yes. You'll get hit by splash damage, but not the full-on grenade. Maybe dodge wasn't the right word. Keep from being killed by the 2 grenadces people have. But that's really only in a swords or hammer match where you could do this, otherwise the grenades are always out of nowhere. It's odd, though, when I throw a grenade at the ground to kill someone about to kill me, it doesn't go off until I'm dead and they've gotten away from it -.- Command the Murderous Chalices! mrpez Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 in sword matches on the pit, just grab a turret. aim for the head and no one will kill you. the bad thing is though that after you dominate with it, others will start as well. speaking of swords, i was playing with rushrock today in rumble pit. man, i was shamed. even though it was my first game in a week...damn. my timing was off and everything. half way through the game i gave up and started watching tv and waited for it to end. did good in a sniper match though. way more no-scopes than usual. almost got a no-scope double kill with a single bullet, but it hit the shoulder of the second guy instead of his head. MVP on our Swords game, with two killing sprees, I believe. I almost got a killing frenzy, I think. Shadow, I always thought it was the top 3. But don't take my word for it. I remember getting 3rd place in a bunch of matches and still getting xp, not getting it in 4th place, and losing skill in LW for getting 6th.
