I was about to go to bed last night when I see a spider in my room. Nowhere else would it bother me much, but in my bedroom, where I will soon me sleeping, I had to get rid of it. So i crushed it with my shoe. It was a small spider, but one being in my room tickles the "ew, get it out of here" gland.

Wow, is that a carpet python?

I've heard they are pretty docile and can be kept as pets, and are excellent rat hunters.

If you think that then why would a small black spider scare anyone at all?

I'm kinda tired of all these people deathly afraid of spiders. What I did was act like I had a heart for them, then I couldn't kill them. It worked :P

Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

Loft bed. Ceiling fan 4 inches from face. Large, red, hairy spider 4 inches from my face. 5:30 am EST. Large, red, hairy spider 2+ inches across crawling toward me...

Let's just say:

Silly string+Orange Clean+Oven cleaner(The kind that'll give you a nasty burn)+Creepy spider=Dead spider. I see em, I kill em.

There is no meaning or truth in life but that which we create for ourselves.

There's a bunch of spiders that live by the front door of my house. They keep the flies in order. And it's cool to watch them tie them up and eat them.

Spiders are cool, as long as I don't find them in my house. Then they meet Mr. Tissue and his friend the swirling waterpool of death. O:)

I'm terrified of spiders, but I think snakes are awsome. (I have 2 snakes, no idea what type they are.. #-o )

When you mentioned the Dragon Plates I had a sudden vision of a load of gangsters running around in fancy dress yealling "Grim Reaper in da hood!"

I personally hate spiders...Especially the big hairy ones, don't know why because their harmless but still, i hate 'em.

So you think a snake as big as that has no defense mechanisms whatsoever?

And when did Trip say anything about it giving him/her the 'jibbles'?

Non dangerous my [wagon].
