Beating Delrith at lvl 3. ("Lvl 3 in Champions?")

I changed the topic to advice for defeating delrith and the three wizards at lvl 3 combat. The following was already explained by sleeping bags (gave no exp at 100% fatigue).

Old Post

Does anyone know someone who got 32 quest points on a level 3 character? I was wondering if it was possible. Then I found this:

http://www.geocities.com/lil_fly_level_3/ (Read the Latest News section on that page)

So some level 3 in rsc got into champions. I don't understand how. I calculated it, the max amount of qp you can get without having to defeat a monster to finish the quest (excluding the skeleton from restless ghost) is 31. So you have to either fight delrith (lv-30?)or the vampire (lv-34) to get 32+.

How would this be possible?

You have to KO Delrith with silverlight, but if you timed everything to perfection, you may be able to use a mix of range, mage, attack, str, and def hits to get him low enough to not gain a combat level.

i.e. he could gain a level in range, mage, strength and def without getting to combat 4.

Food and getting less than 83xp in 5 combat skills.

There are 4 quests for f2p give combat xp:

875 Magic exp. at least 6 combat

1,125 prayer exp at least 4 combat

4,825 Attack exp at least 9 combat

325 magic exp at least 4 combat

So unless you can possibly skip all 4 quests, you can't be level 3 in the champions guild as a f2per. But as a mem there is a possibility I suppose.

EDIT: On RSC it apparently is possibly because they still have the fatigue feature there.

Forgot about rewards. #-o

Edit: Ok I think I miscalculated.. with all the quests possible in f2p except for those 4 you'd be able to get 31 qp... which means doing Witch's Potion to 4cmb would work. Close enough.

BUT

this is RSC.

If you get fatigue to 100% you cannot get xp = no rewards or xp for monster fighting

PLUS mage and ranged have no effect over combat level = can be a strong fighter with only lvl 3 combat

It's also hilarious that is actually SAYS on the web page above the news

He has lvl 3 mage and keeps fatigue at 100% whenever he does combat to not lvl up.

Anyone with the ability know as reading could of solved this mystery without posting anything

I think is possible to get 32 Quest Points with 3 combat level just if you are member, do only quests without Compat skills experience reward, but is not possible on F2P, you just forgetted P2P quests ;)

Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.

Lil Fly simply stays at a constant 100% fatigue. This does not limit his abilities in any way yet he will never gain experience.

Those that remember the whole "fatigue" thing will know this was possible. To get rid of fatigue, you had to sleep (either in a bed or a sleeping bag). If you didn't sleep, you would stop gaining xp at 100% fatigue.

"Noob" is an insult. "Noob" is overused. Be polite. Try to say "noob" less than once a day.

Thank you.

I'm going to attempt Delrith on a lvl 3 to be a lvl 4 in Champions (f2p). So far I'm thinking full iron, leather boots + gloves, def/power ammy, and mage/range equipment to switch to. Iron scimmy/silverlight for melee, either iron arrows or bronze bolts and a kite for ranged, and air strike for mage. Salmons/tunas for food.

^ Any other suggestions for this?

You can do it with recoils and food and stay at level 3. I would imagine it is very very tough though. Might wanna recruit some friends to take care of the wizards.

I'm going to be doing it in f2p, so I can't use recoils. And I can't get any help because when you enter the delrith area there's only you, 3 wizards, and the demon. Any ideas for beating those wizards...?

Edit: Also what is delrith's max hit? Might help.

I did it on my lvl 6 almost quest pure  , just take food and take care of wizards...

I did it like this - From south to delrith then I stand behind that rock thingy and wait to wizards move and then quickly attack delrith..

Good luck :)

You have to wield Silverlight to even be able to attack Delrith.
