kido14 Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 *Okay so I tried to post this topic a bunch of times last night but I kept getting freaking errors, and now I lost all of the typing that I had last time, and it took me like 10 minutes to make so this time around it's not going to be so detailed.* But yea, on to the topic. There is this addon for Firefox my friend got me addicted to (also for IE I think) called StumbleUpon. Basically what it does is it adds another bar under your URL thing and has several different buttons. The main one says "Stumble!" and when you click on it you are taken to a random web page that has to do with the interests that you check off when you make an account (such as computer graphics, humor, sports, etc). If you like the page or you don't like it, you can click on either the thumbs up or the thumbs down and it will save that page in your favorite so you can go back to it later. You can write or read reviews about these pages too, or if you go to a web page that hasn't been reviewed before you can do it yourself and when other people see the reviews they see that it was who that discovered it. Onto some of the stuff I've found (like I said I won't include as many links because I don't feel like it since this took me awhile last night). -Site for Photoshop Tuts (one of many I've found) -Amazing pictures of nature -"Funniest Moments in Sports!" -REALLY small/cute animals -One of many psychology pages.. How to tell if someone is lying -Play pretty much any nintendo game and more These are only a very small portion of the things I've found. But yeah I actually hope you guys DON'T enjoy this as much as I have because it's kind of an addiction now. It's a horrible program to have when you're trying to do homework on the computer :D .
