Zammy and Bandos Godswords fell nearly 10M in the past few days...

 

 

 

Anyone have an explanation why? Bugs in chamber again? Too many hunters?

 

 

 

If they fall below 40M, I might just buy one and test it out for a while

the prices have just settled down, they were so high when they first came out because everyone wanted one and to find out what they ere like. Now there not in such high demand.

Also BGS and ZGS arn't that good at specs so most people want the AGS or the SGS :P

Bandos is. Speccing someone for a good 40 damage lowers their defense by 40 levels :S

LOL!, with armadyl, say you hit a 72 and dont ko, the guy heals full, then you gotta keep trying to him him.

 

With bandos you hit a 61..

 

If the person you hit was maxed stats they are suddenly a 99 99 38...

 

Next hit your going to smash him.

Ya but with Armady it hits up to 75 thats an instant k.0 alot of the times.

Armadyl is good for PKing, due to KO potential

 

Bandos is good for everything else, due to owning defense

Bandos especially because if you lower someones def level 40-60 levels thats going to hurt them A LOT.

Bleh, I paid 43m for my Godsword several weeks ago. I love it, so I am just going to hold onto it. I doubt the price will go below 35-40m. Chances are they will go back up, too.

All the new god wars dungeon stuff has a way's to drop still.

BGS is only good for stuff like KQ, but for PKing, AGS is much more effective.

the specials great, it has a moderate effect on npcs and it kills pures, but armadyls special can be used twice and deals 15% more damage each, bandos uses the whole bar and basically, if the special is unsuccessful then

 

you'll just have to wait until the bars full again which consumes a lot of time. :-w

uh its 25% more damage and like you said armadyl = 50% special bar drain, however i curious why you said he never touched 1, when his most technically was more accurate then that of your own.

 

 

 

bandos is, okay its not amazing i do like the 10% damage increase for the spec. i havent used armadyl. but, i typingically hit 30-50 with spec or a 0. never anything inbetween(yet)

 

 

 

 

 

why are they dropping? im not sure about bugs, but honestly no 1 is buying they jumped from 53mil up to 60m. people were buying and selling for 60m saturday? i dunno its when i bought mine.

 

 

 

anyway, i unloaded mine for 57m cash today(luck) while people were selling it for 49.2m no i didnt scam, it was that guys price.

I have had all the godswords, and stuck with zammy. I do not pk so have no need for the armadyl spec, and with general slayering/monster killing, I use either the d b axe spec or a dds spec. I would have stuck with the sara for that spec, but I don't find it worth the extra 70m.

As far as prices, 3-4 weeks ago they were 45m for zammy, 50-55 for bandos, 100-110 for armadyl, 150-170 for sara. 1-2 weeks ago zammy was 40-45, bandos 40-45, armadyl 170-210, sara 200+. That was mostly due to the bandos safe spot being leaked to too many players, who then stopped killing all the bosses and focused on bandos. Now that bandos safe spot is "fixed" the prices are getting back to the 3-4week ago period. Last I checked, they had risen 10m, not fallin. They are so new the price fluctuates like crazy. Either buy one and stick with it or wait 4-6 more months.

Exactly how I feel. =D>

I believe the Saradomin version is best for training or slayer (heals a bit of HP and prayer), Armadyl for PKing (2 hit u?), Bandos for dueling/staking (to strip the stat/s of your opponent) and Zamorak is for ... err ... those who want a cheaper godsword (although it's pretty useful in Castle Wars). :P

 

 

 

I think the prices will stabilise pretty soon, and will stay at a fixed range until a new range of superior weaponry is introduced. Before this stablisation of prices occur, I think zammy will go down slightly, bandos will go up slightly, and armadyl and saradomin will both fall.

 

 

 

I'm hoping bandos stays low, though, it would be pretty good for slayer (according to many people). :thumbsup:

Yes, supply and demand are the two things that sets the price. Now when they're not as high as in demand and there pretty much of them they have of course gone cheaper.
