99 Crafting

 

 

 

I currently have 99 firemaking and fletching.

 

 

 

I believe I could get 99 crafting but I would like to get it fast and not just spin tons of bowstrings.

 

 

 

I am wondering what is the best way to get 99 crafting.

 

 

 

I have roughly 25mil and I am completely willing to lose all of it to get this goal.

 

 

 

Should I use green bodies, blue bodies, how is this 99 crafting goal achieved?

Well I've done the research and calculated the process. Here are my findings:

 

 

 

Blue D'Hides : 1,800 GP

 

 

 

25,000,000 GP / 1,800 = 13,888 Blue D'Hides

 

 

 

13,888 / 3 = 4,629 Blue D'Hide Body's

 

 

 

Blue D'Hide Body Exp. = 210 Exp.

 

 

 

4,629 B. D'Hide Body's = 972,090 Exp.

 

 

 

 

 

High Alch Value = 5,616 GP

 

 

 

4,629 x 5,616 GP = 25,996,464

I've used green bodies to get to 84 crafting, and they have worked pretty effectively. I think it might cost more than 25M to get to 99 though :P

I did 59-85 in 3 days doing the green hide method. If you don't want to alc the hides, saving lots of time, you can sell them for 4425-4500 each, or simple buy the nats and sell "free alchs" which would be selling 1 nat and 1 hide for whatever it alchs for.

 

 

 

Anyway, you can have 99 doing this in roungly...12 days at the rate I was going.

 

 

 

O and if you can get instent wealth by staking and can bank all the tanned leathers you need for 99, you can get it in like 2-3 days of no-lifeing, its very, very, very, very fast xp :XD:

Actually, because people aren't willing to put in the time it takes to make profit with crafting. I'm getting 99, and making millions with it, but, of course, a lot of it involves bowstrings. :/

 

(Not all, though. Once I get to a certain level, I'm going to break even/make a tiny profit with green bodies >.>)

Ya...I think that the cost is a reason that many people don't have 99 crafting.

hrm, i found blue dhides better.. prob cos it was hard for me to get green hides.

God damn autoers and gold farmers destroyed this skill. When I got 99 and 22m exp, hides were 1650ea at the cheapest. Now you can do it for close to no cost.

A) Free gem cutting

 

B) craft green bodies

Nice explanation but you forgot to add the tanning cost. Tanning cost of green hide is 20 coins.

I thought the price did jump to 1650 each?

Green hides are now 1590/1600 each - I am collecting some now seeing that will be one of my next 99 skills. :wink:
