Dragonlordjl Posted May 10, 2009 Share Posted May 10, 2009 It's theoretically possible to PK a party hat, if your target has one and you kill him (you have an increased chance of getting your opponent's possessions if that person is your BH target). How likely it is that you would get it as part of your drops, I don't know. The game can't generate them, but it can change hands if you are lucky enough.
