Clearly Kree is the best effigy dropper in-game. Had like 6 or 7 effigies from there since I started doing Arma lol.Why do you keep fighting with an effigy in your inventory as the droprate decreases the more of them you have? Edit: Just did a barrows run for the first time. Killed all 6 brothers + 5 KC with 55 prayer points to spare. I made 400k in three chest loots on that run from runes alone. I am beginning to think I should've done this a long time ago.
