Yup, that sucks. I have a clean record but know how your feeling. I do a lot of lock picking and twice have been called in the next day as a suspect, so like I said, I know what your feeling. I got off for free both times for one reason though, NEVER STEAL/BREAK ANYTHING. Sure picking your way into an abandoned hospital and having chair races down the hallways is one thing... but stealing laptops and a plasma TVs? *whistle* That's just dumb. Thats serious cash and the owners are going to be pissed.

 

 

 

Both times with me there was no real evidence (since we left everything the way it was) and there was no need to bring anything to court since nothing was missing and no one really cared. Oh and by the way, the first time I got caught it scared me strait for a good 3 years. Eventually I started doing it again and got almost caught again, this time I'm taking the sign. I no longer do stupid stuff like that, yes it's fun and it's a thrill but it's too risky. One felony and your future is pretty messed up. You can't get a government job, you can't go to college... heck, you can't even work at Target with a felony

 

 

 

So the authorities caught you having chair races in the hallway of an abandoned hospital and you had to go to Court over it? You obviously would of pleaded guilty since you got caught "red-handed" right? So if the Judge let you off, what was the point of the Court Case? Sorry I'm confused. :?

 

This is neither here nor there but whatever. We didn't get caught inside the building, they just knew someone was in the building and earlier that night someone reported an abandoned car in a parking lot 1 mile away. They put two and two together, correctly, but that was all the evidence they had. We had a pretty solid story (lie) that we told the cops when they questioned us and we were released with an apology. Scares the crap out of you though, I never want to be that close to something like that again.

i didnt take from these i walked in LAST and kept leaving and comming back telling them that this is dumb this is stupid lets go. cmon guys. you no stuff like that. i had knowledge of me going their to TRESSPASS to go to a scary old house on the property. the house is abanded. and when we was leaving thats when my friends saw the building with the stuff inside. the intent to go their was NOT to commit a crime.

By the time i was 15 me and my friend were taking in 2000 euro a week in profits and the police had no evidence on us. Me and my friend were called ''The Untouchables'' in the irish underworld as me and my friend were being investigated for murder (something im not willing to comment on) and forging national identifacation papers but the police had nothing at all to charge us with even though they knew we ''might'' have been involved. Me and my friend had more power in my local neighbour hood than the police did (i know that will be hard to understand) and me and my friend were considered the most powerful kids in the irish underworld. I eventually got charged with holding templates for natinoal identification papers after the police raided my home, i served 8 months in a juvinile detention center and since my release i have gone clean and straight.

Seriously, if you're going to go steal stuff, at least learn the law and what you could be convicted of. Even if you didn't take anything, your going in the place and driving with the stolen property in your vehicle makes you an accessory to the crime.

 

 

 

If you stole my "lab top" and plasma TV (none of which I own), AND you weren't a MINOR, I would press charges and ensure you get some of that special prison lovin'. :wink: So pardon me if I'm a bit skeptical as to whether or not this really happened. A few days ago me and my friend where looking for some scrap wood for a base we were building, it was in a construction site, i just stood outside because i didn't want to go in. (the wood was in the pile of stuff they don't want.)
