But seriously, if you hate pker's so much don't go to wildy. O.k in most games do people NOT kill you in PvP areas? No, they woop you no matter your level, age, or ammount of money. It's SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST out there. If you see a mage on a hill killing every player that passes by that isn't "pathetic" he's doing it with his own interests in mind. If he wants to be a jerk, thats his bussiness but at least he's a rich jerk. What if the players he's killing are actually clan "scouts" (low levels who pretend to be helpless then call his 10 lvl 90 friends to kill who they see). If your trapped in the wildy, with expensive armor on, I'm pretty sure you'll be pretty trigger happy when it comes to other players.(Rcers can go cry in their emo corner).

In my OPINION, abyss pking is pathetic. I posted this because I thought this whole attacking an unskulled ZMI crafter was a new low, even for them. I find it humorous, actually. I don't hate them. I stated that in the first line of this thread. And I don't have anything against PKers in general, just the ones that sit on that little hill all day waiting for RCers.

Obviously, the very large majority of them don't do it for the cash. They enjoy causing misfortune and annoyances towards other people. For a lot of abyss pkers, fun means being superior and dominant, and killing runecrafters brings them that fun.

 

 

 

Anything goes in the wild. I agree 100% completely with that. That does not change the fact that a large majority of abyss pkers kill runecrafters purely for causing annoyances on the runecrafter's end.

I've died twice ever to a pker getting 88 levels, i hate it for several reasons.

 

 

 

1 - Most abyss pkers are terrible. I don't mean, because they're going for the cheap easy targets, but simply because they can't do it right. I've been saved so many times from them fumbling, not clicking right, splashing on me for the 8th consecutive time, it's not so much the pking, it's the fact they SUCK at it, yet it cuts into my rcing making me have to hop or take 5 to be safe, it just cuts into my xp rates, and that i hate. And i can't help wondering why after so much splashing, they don't just give up, since after subtracting the cost of so many failed casts they're not even going to make 40k..

 

 

 

2 - Some of them can do it properly (though they are a rare sight), yet once again - i usually have to tele as the bind hits, or run to bank when their dds spec fails (not their fault i know, i'm not saying they're rubbish for stuff like that), and once again it cuts into my xp.

 

 

 

3 - Ancient pkers are the worst of all. I hate them with a passion. Why? because they will never, ever kill me. They should surely know this, not using tb, but no they still insist upon trying - cutting into my profits and xp. They're wasting my time and their time using a stupid method.

 

 

 

4 - The pouches. I don't expect any pkers to understand this, but it is INCREDIBLY infuriating losing 4 pouches to a pker. As you gain nothing from it, and i have to take the time to retrieve them. And for what? 40k to your pocket, maybe 35 when you take off pot and rune costs. Most annoying. So yeah, it isn't the glory like most pkers tend to assume :/ a glory is nothing, nothing, to a hardcore rcer.

 

 

 

5 - The main gripe i have is theres nothing out of it other than to just inconvenience rcers. It's like walking up to a construction worker irl and stealing his hammer. You get nothing out of it, and they get greatly inconvenienced.

 

 

 

6 - Few things i'd liek to dispel. The fury loss isn't important, it's the pouches. Yes, it's in wildy, but it's still pointless for you to attack us, it's a risk sure, but at 30k xp an hour tops, although we do have safer choices, we don't really have much of a choice because xp is SO damn slow. plus we need to repear our pouches, and saying don't use pouches is just silly.

 

 

 

That's why i dislike rc pkers, if you wanna do it whatev, go for it, just bear in mind you arwe a complete [wagon], and incredibly rude for doing so. If your defenceless however yes you will be attacked.

 

And rc pkers do absolutly nothing for the price of nats.

Perhaps it has evolved into some unofficial pking world. Besides that, abyss pkers know what they're doing, and I don't think they'll hang around one world just to kill ZMI crafters, who rarely come up compared to the regular abyss runner.

 

 

 

If this is a big problem I wish I could change the world, but it would be hard as it is official. (I was the founder of the World 70 company, which has now, as you can see, evolved into an official world)

( i am fully aware people can get more xp than thta per hour, but try it yourself, that is the MAX POSSIBLE NO INERRUPTIONS BEASTING YOUR [bleep] OFF it's not possible to do that every hour after hour unless you have some [bleep]ing wierd as mental condition that lets you hvave 100% concentration)

It may be "pathetic" but at least this "pathetic" earns them some decent cash.Personally,I don't abyss pk, but I still have a huge belief that if a player kills me, I probably deserved it. One of my friends used to abyss pk, and you know what?He was a lot better off doing it. A abyss pker is a player who wants the money of a abyss merchant but without the hassle of being killed. See, you are basically all money bags (almost literally). If you wanted a less chance of dying, go level up to a high level, get a few friends, and go pk the hell out of your former comrades. What? I fail to see how abyss pking is good money. Not only is the loot from a rcer really bad, but they're probably harder to kill than a PKer, because they have every intention of running, teleing, or using any other method of survival they can.

 

 

 

As for rcers themselves, they make LOADS of money per hour. I could make enough profit to cover a death in 10 trips (soon to be like 4) through the abyss, and I only get killed every... wait, I've only ever died twice in 88 levels, and that's after thousands of trips, and hundreds of PKers dodged.
