LOG OUT

 

 

 

If the person you killed wasn't your target, you will receive a 'pick-up penalty' for not following Mandrith's rules and you will notice a countdown has started, displayed in the top right of your screen. This countdown has no effect on you unless you pick up items during this time. If you do so, Mandrith will change it to a harsher, 'leave penalty' - one that prevents you from leaving, so you are stuck in the area for a few minutes and become an easier target!

 

 

 

While you are trapped in the crater you will find that even logging out won't help you: you won't be able to! Even if you close your browser window, you will still be in the crater and vulnerable to attack.

 

 

 

The only way to appease Mandrith is to hunt down and slay your correct target. The guardian of the crater will be pleased by this and remove any countdowns you have been penalised by.

 

 

 

If either of these countdowns are active, the Protect Item prayer will not work - so be careful!

but if u log out and go to a world that doesnt have bounty hunter, it teleports u outside the arena 8-)

A clan enters the bounty hunter arena and waits for some poor unsuspecting lad to come in. The victim can peep in using the spheres, but due to CLAN CHAT he can't see what they're saying. So he comes in. The clan sends there weakest member, with one horrible item, to die against him. Then they lay the smack down, and how.

Can't even get to the goddamn target because I walk into a mass of one-itemers and see a blob of red . Then one says, Thanx for the armor. I knew you sucked Jagex. But could you try not to suck that much! And they say its fun. Yeah, real fun to get assigned someone amost twice your lvl, then get multied by a mass of one iteming noobs. Oh yeah, real fun. Just peaches and cream. And then they'res the mass of lvl 37 spiritual goblins... that can hit 8s. Lvl 37s. hitting 8s. Guarding the fricken entrance.

Remember that F2P got the Duel Arena, an absolutely useless way to make money, and Clan Wars, which have no rewards whatsoever, as well. And, because of the lack of Clan Wars' rewards, clans go to the Bounty Hunter minigame for cash.

Bounty Hunter initially sounds good but the reality is nothing but a painful kick in the behind to soloers or those with small teams or pkers who want loot.
