If u have played Runescape today, you have probably realized that the theme music at the log in screen has changed. This amazes me, because i made a post about how they should change the music, and alot of people said that was a dumb idea! Well jagex didn't think so! This has been brought to you by the BMFTW association. (Better Music for the win) \

The change will likely be temporary, just like it was for Hunter.

Yeah, I noticed that. I love the new music. Too bad it isn't here to stay.

I wish it would be the permanent theme music... the other theme is just getting old...

Too bad its still at least 50% louder than anything else, and I have to mute it quickly when listening to music to prevent blowing my earsdrums. Still at least its a change from the old.

They usually have new front screens and music for the release of new skills. It will be reverted back to rather bland versions after the hype has passed over.

it is temporarely, and it is allways like that when new skills come, on christmas, halloween etc

It's temporary, but if you log in, you'll find it in your music folder under "scape summon" so you can listen to it forever.

I still hate jagex for removing the old theme music (Scape Original) :(

It's quite a good little jingle really. It seems to be a medley of different songs, not just a single song, one follows the other. There's probably a reason behind it... maybe each part was made by a different member of the music department and they just put them together?

 

 

 

I personally really like it, and the good thing is that they save it as part of the music list. Like Scape Hunter, and GroundScape, it's probably under Scape Summon or something.

 

 

 

Grr, I want this week to end so my exams are over so I can get summoning!

It sounds better and cooler than the old one. However, I still prefer to listen to my own songs :P.

peeps with audacity, like myself, can rip it, then edit out white noise, etc
