Nope, the only way to get that is during the quest. You kill three Elite Black Knights and you can only get it once.

One more stat till 70+! :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is my current bank picture, also got 2M in shards put in GE selling slooowly. Trying to buy 40K cballs as well so theres cash in that. :)

I dropped the 99 Ranged goal, I tried cannoning/bronze knives at Yaks and it was incredibly boring. I can't afford chinning so the best thing to do was scrap it. I've updated the goals at the front, as well as the outfit pictures which were outdated. I have a 20M cash pile to play with (once everything in the GE is sold), so I might find something fun to do. :P

Its good your able to drop a goal when you want. Most of the time I can't. :)

I was surprised how empty your bank is. 200 (!) free spaces, wow! Also the lack of stocks surprised me (besides the fire runes and pots of course). However, it's still very nice and got everything you probably need. Lovely SGS too and wow at the pony scrolls. How longs would it take to spend the whole 14.5K of those?

I'm not sure how long it would take me to be honest, but I'm pretty secure in the knowledge I have enough scrolls and pouches to last me a long time. :
